And that Ferrari 488 has always been there, always trashed and looks like it hasn't been cleaned or maintained in years. It's crazy how you can get to a level of obtaining so many high end vehicles and completely neglect them. Would be interesting to know the backstory behind the owner(s). Obviously they have money, but the reason why they continue to buy cars and just trash them is weird to me.
@@CarSpex I guess there's rumors this is the A list actor Mickey Rourke's house (or at least one of them). He's always been a car guy, so that kind of lines up. But I'm not sure if anyone's actually validated that with a public records check. Apparently the speculation is that both the house and most of the cars are still in the midst of a mud slide insurance case, so they're preserving them in their current form to not disturb that. I don't know if I buy all that. But it does seem like the house is basically abandoned/not lived in at this point, and probably family members/caretakers coming by periodically to make sure the property/cars aren't vandalized/stolen. Probably one of the weirdest situations you can think of in an area like that...that broke down house is probably still worth $7-10 mill just for the land!
