I was thinking about remote controlling my regular mower first, but this is better. The grass gets cut every single day and that gets rid of any weeds.

I've always said that they should make a Roomba for lawns!

Thanks. It really was, but it was also fun since the results were so visible at every step. From mowing, to seeding, fertilising and levelling the lawn.
Should have put the charging station under a cover to keep it dry when it rains

A nice lawn can add up to $3000.00 dollars to the value to your home.
Thats really not much considering house prices.
I would rather do my lawn how I like it than worry about potential future home owners.

You shouldn't remove the thatch from your lawn it breaks down into nitrogen and other nutrients that the grass needs unless your yard is very boggy and wet it won't matter and you'd be better off leaving it behind to break down
No you don’t, you need to remove it so it can have a fresh start….and sun, water and then subsequent clippings can make their way into the soil. Once or twice a year, you do need a good dethatch.
Be careful with privacy, it's too easy to find your house. I did it just for sport as a Geoguessr fan, I hope others don't have bad intentions.
Why would anyone go through the trouble of finding my house when there are so many out there?
