Hello, Would it be possible to write out detailed descriptions of the exercises in a comment? I am totally blind and cannot see the graphics. While I am not a guitarist, I am a harpist which like classical guitar requires a fair bit of hand strength, especially if using higher tension strings I bought this in hopes of strengthening, both my hands and wrists as it is important to keep hands and wrists at the proper angle. Thank you.
I have one of these and I feel like the palm surface needs to have more grip. Even the slightest bit of moisture on my hand causes the entire thing to slip, making it impossible to keep my fingers in the correct position. Also your point about the tension being too high is definitely a huge drawback. Also I have smallish hands and the unit is a bit too big to use properly. I'd personally give it a 5/10, but with better grip, different sizes for different hands and a bigger range of tension on the springs, it'd be an 8/10.
Hi Elijah! My backstory as to why I had to use a hand exerciser was because I was unable to play guitar for over 5 years due to a pinched nerve. When I returned to the instrument, I couldn't keep my left-hand fingers curved! Having rounded fingers for your left-hand for a classical guitarist is a very important part of the technique for the instrument. As I slowly returned to playing, I told my physical therapist about not being able to curve my left-hand fingers. She told me that it was because my fingers were weak from not playing for years. She advised me to get a hand exerciser, and that that would help. And she was right! After using it for a while, my curvature came back and I am working my butt off practicing for hours each day on the guitar. Hope this helps! Cheers! ~Miguel
I like the idea of the toy, but i think the execution leaves a bit to be desired. I also think the springs are too strong but i feel like that will be less of an issue as I continue training. Just a few days using this and Ive already noticed how much easier it is for me to fret chords without accidentally muting strings.
I bought this one yesterday because the chinese counterfeit has become too light. As you say, this thing is heavy even at the minimum setting, and I might not need it to be that heavy. Other features are great though

When are you going to do a video of your playing?
I'm not really tech-savvy... There's no editing. Just camera, mic, and shoot.

You didn’t express how you benefited from it! Did it improve your playing? Speed?

My humidity pack leaked in its packaging! Thank god it was not in my guitar case. Never again will i trust there humidifier pack.
this is not good for guitarist....
this is good and effective for saxophone and trumphet players.😊
Slammed it , no demo, then gave it 8.5/10. Pointless.
