In my child custody case, the forensic psychologist was extremely valuable and provided intelligent thought about the parent best suited to meet the needs of the child... As well as uncovering which parent, the mother, was the perpetrator of domestic violence. In contrast, the judge never asked questions to learn the facts and kept Rubbert stamping the mother for custody for no legitimate reason. The forensic evaluator helped undermine judge's uninformed position that the mother should be custodial parent.

That why IMO a custody evaluation should be the FIRST STEP. But IMO: none of this crap would pass CONSTITUTIONAL review as save some sort of criminal reason to violate everyone’s privacy rights

Shameful that families are left in limbo for yet another year of litigation. If a family is in such distress that an evaluationis needed, , there needs to a better way.

Also the fees documented for these guys is 3300 per parent. Make sure you guys are not giving anymore. Family court is now regulated and if they ask for more money it’s a setup to see if you are really guilty.

not in California the child evaluator sets their own rates. Mine was 4600 per parent.

So people who don’t know your child (other than few hours of observation) can speak authoritatively on your child’s BEST INTEREST?

Yeah it’s very shady how these guys can make awful recommendations . It’s their job and your family. Never ever hire these guys because you’ll get trapped .

As a concerned viewer, it's increasingly disconcerting to witness Dr. Aaron Robb's content. His videos are not only alarmingly misleading but also showcase an almost theatrical portrayal of psychiatry, detracting from the genuine empathy, understanding, and clinical expertise that the profession demands.
While Dr. Robb displays charisma and superficial knowledge, these traits appear to mask a concerning underlying motive. His approach, favoring prolonged, unnecessary therapeutic programs, raises a red flag, hinting at a potential financial motive rather than patient welfare.
Furthermore, his targeted content towards women, when juxtaposed with his other practices, seems less about catering to a demographic and more about exploiting vulnerabilities. This method not only undermines the trust between a psychiatrist and patient but is ethically questionable.
Lastly, it's disconcerting to hear rumors about potential HIPPA violations within a network of psychiatrists, with Dr. Robb allegedly at its center. Sharing confidential patient information is not only illegal but betrays the fundamental principle of patient-doctor confidentiality, damaging the reputation of mental health professionals as a whole.
In the field of mental health, authenticity, compassion, and adherence to ethical standards are paramount. Unfortunately, Dr. Robb's content seems to deviate significantly from these principles, making it essential for viewers to exercise caution and seek help from fully transparent, ethical mental health professionals.

My opinion as a father is that Aaron Robb is not credible or competent. It’s better to avoid getting trapped by his opinion.
