In This Moment has a new album out. They'll be going on tour soon too.
Have you heard Spiritbox yet? They are the pop Jinjer.

I bumped into them at the airport in Brisbane Australia, they were headed for South America and I was headed for New Zealand, this was just before the "pandemic" closed the world down, I said hi, shook hands with Roman the guitar player, but I did notice that Tatiana was quite shy indeed, and definitely not the caricature she is singing about in this song, no egos, really down to earth

Yeah, I can see that shyness in interviews I've watch. That's cool that you met them though. 😊

I ride home with this girl from work and I introduced her to Nightwish and she liked them but wasn't to crazy about them. Then I introduced her to Jinjer and she's been obsessed. That's all she wants to listen to.

Oh you should definitely do more Jinjer! They're kind of overwhelming live. It's a lot to take in. They're so loud and intense. It's a challenge for the sound guy, with a different new venue every night. Where you stand can have a lot to do with what it sounds like. I try to find a spot where I can hear Tati well, but once I get in there, I'm usually like screw it, I'm getting as close as I can!
I'm a bassist, and I always try to make myself watch the other guys as much as possible. But Tatiana is magnetic, she is absolutely riveting to watch. I find myself wanting to catch every move, every gesture and expression.
Some extremely good front persons just command attention. Bruce Dickinson. Stephen Tyler. Robert Plant. Klaus Meine of Scorpions. P!nk. David Coverdale. Roger Daltry. Freddie Mercury. Gaga. You have to watch them. You can't take your eyes off them they are so charismatic. Tati is in that category. In fact I think I would rather watch her than Bruce Dickinson, and that's saying something! For me Jinjer is the most exciting band out there right now.

Saw them at a festival and sideshow last year within maybe 14 hours of each other. Very different experience between their show in a club packed with hardcore Jinjer fans and on a big festival stage. Best bit about the festival set was so many people seeing/hearing them for the first time. Their live sound was surprisingly clean for a festival stage and there was a group of 3 guys around me that just stood their with their mouths wide open in disbelief for the entire set opener. At the end of the song one of them turned to me and asked "Is this real?". He wasn't just talking about Tati's vocals either but just the overall quality of the band's live sound, technical playing, frequent change ups etc. They definitely made plenty of new fans as I'm sure they do everywhere with the relentless touring and willingness to open/support etc.

Thank you for reacting to this. It's one of my favourite songs by them.
I love Jinjer so, please do the footage and give your thoughts of the concert which you and your husband went to, I love to watch that. Believe it or not, but Tatiana is quite shy and not the most confident person although you'd never know that in her stage persona.

Aw thank you! I'm glad you like this song too! They were a very fun band to see. I agree, she does seem like a shy person (from what I can tell in interviews that I've watched) but how she is on stage - wow! She's a very fierce performer!😁

    Hi Nikki, greetings from UK
I hope you got a great view in a calm spot at the concert, not being buffetted about in the mosh pit! 🤣

Did you have a good time at the concert?
Track #1 on the 2021 Wallflowers album. Vortex, which I'm sure they played, is my favorite from that record. Your pronunciation of Tatiana's last name was good.

it's nice to see you watching Jinjer again, they're a band I'll never grow tired of, musically the guys are incredibly talented, and of course karate Tati out front kicking ass...other clips from them you'll enjoy are Retrospection and Just Another

You could try a few older songs as a good contrast between how they sound now and then. No Hoard of Value, Cloud Factory (video or official live) and Outlander Official Live at Loudfest would all be good ones.

They actually have 1 song where there is no growling vocals. It is called Bad Water.
