that teleport hack was by forcing forwardmove and sidemove (which are in CUserCmd, and sent every tick) to NaN values (Not a Number) which are invalid for them because forwardmove & sidemove are floating point numeric values. while this exploit was still able to be done, you were able to teleport to x 0, y 0, z 0 which was that point of the map, nothing to do with deathmatch spawn points

He isnt hacking, he just has a futuristic flying 17,23k monitor which can see in the future and our human eyes cant handle that. His mouse is btw faster than the reaction of the game so thats what happened in the pistol round you cant see the crosshair going to the head because its too fast for our human eyes to handle the technology my friends..

Just for anyone wondering, this "teleport hack" that was already patched ages ago worked by corrupting your player positions which resulted in you being teleported to the location 0, 0 which on cache just happened to be there. Thats why this hack only worked on cache too because in most other maps the location 0, 0 was inside a wall or similar "useless place". There also used to be a server crash hack that worked by corrupting your view angles which caused the server you were on to freeze indefinently (so actually it was even worse than a straight up crash because normal crash detection measures didn't detect it and the server wasn't restarted automatically).
im guessing this is before untrusted was added? this got patched back in 2016 or 2017 but it worked by setting your Z axis, which you can't usually manipulate through normal play, to an insane number. flt_max used to work. basically you set your Z axis really really high, the server sets your location to 0x, 0y, 0z on the map. that location just happens to be at 0, 0, 0 on the map.
This exploits DM spawns and Warmup, you can teleport everywhere, only to certan places, and you can change your direction a bit with blinking aka pingspoofing

So I think that he is using the spawns that are setup for deathmatch as teleportation points, so he may type something like "teleport to spawnpoint 2" and he would teleport to one of the spawnpoints for deathmatch

Teleporting is not new to CS:GO, it was definitely in Source as an enemy did it to my team on that. As for earlier CS versions, I it may have even been on those too. As for the mechanic used, that may be new or more of the same, hard to say as I never saw the guy who did it on Source.
This "teleport hack" is in aimware. Way that this works is when you use airstuck before the round starts, the server will think that you are stuck and cant move and will automatically teleport you.
It is possible to teleport in the source engine, but I have no idea how a client could trigger something like this. Or how he would set the coords. It's clearly not mouse aim. I feel like when he was crouched in the corner at the beginning he was setting the coords manually. But later on, he teles back to where he just was, so I feel like he has a keybind to save and load location or something like that. Very odd.

In overwatch, they make the "suspect" have no picture or name. Just a name as "The Suspect" so no one knows his identity. It's just a neat feature that is in OverWatch.
Just a quick explanation on how this works, coming from someone who understands how the source engine net code works. Basically, the server expects 20/32 packets a second or something like that, I forget the exact number, but the if the server doesn't receive packets for 10 seconds it'll accept 200 packets, basically what he is doing is caching packets, during the countdown or just after the game starts, walking to that location, then sending the packets all at once, the server accepts it, but to anyone watching it appears that they teleported, the fakelag "god mode" worked similarly but was patched a while back.
One of the things to remember about cs:go is that it trusts the client too much. Means that almost anything is possible. You can stand in spawn and send data that you just got a headshot on someone, and you do. You often see this in hacks where they obviously are shooting in another direction and still getting kills. So it is not actually aiming at them like an aimbot, it just gives headshots. Lots of other stuff is possible, for instance there is a laghack that makes everyone freeze for the cheater, so he can go round killing immobile people, and when the lag stops, all the kills are still legit from the servers point of view. cs:go mechanics for handling clients and anticheat measures are simply put, horrible. It's among the worst I have ever seen. They CLEARLY use cs:go as a moneygrab, not putting any effort in it to make it safe. VAC is a joke, sometimes ban someone who is bleeding obvious. The worst cheaters though are all the ones who are good at hiding it.
