Glad the new containers worked out. Haven't tried overnight oats yet. Finally tried chia seeds. They're really good soaked overnight with raisins. I then add the nutritious mixture to my smoothies. Yum! Have a great weekend!
I make all different kinds but the basic recipe is: 1/2 cup large flake oats, 1/2 cup whatever kind of milk you want to use (I use cashew) I like to also add about a 1/4 of vanilla yogurt & then some kind of sweetener (I use about a tsp of skinny syrup) and whatever add ons you like! I usually add 1 tbsp chai seeds, 1 tsp chopped walnuts and some kind of frozen fruit like blueberries, cherries,raspberries ….. I also add some cinnamon sometimes and even a dash of vanilla! The sky is the limit! Experiment with different things you like! Just mix everything in a container, cover & refrigerate over night! I eat them cold! Sometimes I’ll add 1/2 banana in the morning cut into small pieces!! Good luck! They are delicious and I eat them pretty much every day!!

And, just so I understand what you are saying, you mix up everything without cooking the oatmeal, right?
That’s right! Also be sure to use the large flake oats and not the quick oats!😉
What is overnight Oaks? Is there a recipe ?
