@WalcomS7 Hey, I just wanted to let you know that there’s someone pretending to be you that’s posting links to a Telegram page. Not sure if you've had this issue before
They might already offer the drums. I know if you contact them on their website they'll email you an order form where you can buy spare shells and magazines.
@@The_flop-dont.stop0413 unfortunately this blaster in its current configuration. Would only support a round drum magazine. A higher capacity drum could be possible tho
This is probably Buzzbee's best offering since the Sentinel. For $30, you get a high cap, drum fed dart flinger that can spit at 90fps. Also kinda interesting that they went with the progressive rev and fire trigger seen mostly in community designs, which I think is a first for a big brand blaster manufacturer. Even Dart Zone hasn't capitalized on it yet.
That slow rate of fire and huge capacity should be great for long lasting suppressive fire with how long it would last before needing a reload. Making it fire faster might give it a new role. Another idea, dual wielding but only shooting one blaster at a time would probably give you enough time to bake a cake and make a new attack plan.
If the rof could be increased to 5 dps, you would have about 15sec of continuous fire on a full drum to fight off a charging horde. That's a lot of fire power for a loadout that could be as light as 1 blaster and a bag of darts. I could see people minimizing the barrel or taking advantage of it to integrate a masterkey. Good review, Walcom!
The firing speed reminds me a lot of the Tommy 20 from a long time ago *EDIT: Does this make the third "Tommy gun" style blaster that Buzz Bee has made?
Is the Volt that lives on the range yours by chance? You don't have to answer that, I just think it was a cool car for it's time, even though it's been eclipsed by virtually every new EV.
I feel like the reviews on buzzbee blasters are incomplete without a firing demonstration with proper, decent quality darts. It's hard to get a sense of how good a blaster is when we only see it using low quality darts. I don't know if you'll read this, but it would be nice if in future videos you would show every blaster firing at least a few shots with reliable darts like Adventure Force waffles.
Its kinda cool, but I will stick with the Villainator as its not as bulky, I can fire it as fast as needed and no batteries to mess with. I have noticed my local DFW Walmart stores bumped the price on Villainator to 23.96 from its 19.96 price. Speaking of the Tomahawk my Nephew tried it at JEBB 7 this year, nothing but problems, jammed a lot and the stupid drum kept falling out.
Picked 1 up a little over a week ago for a LARP Game I play - the trigger-to-fire delay on the first shot SUCKS (rev>index drum>fire) so I'd like to see if I can rectify that but it otherwise worked great! Had a few random 'blanks' but no jamming and otherwise consistent.
Well, Buzz Bee, ya done good I'd say. It's not absolutely mind-blowingly fantastic, but hey, it's amazing progress from last year, and they even left open room for improvements so I'd say they seem to be back pretty solid this year.
That's not a bad platform for hvz because reloading on the fly is gonna be super easy and if you squad up you could be the main crowd control with this
I thought that it was something like the Villainator but with almost twice the capacity and I got really excited for a sec. But then I found out that it's a flywheeler. Still cool tho.
This is very nice, I lose interest in revolvers around 20-30 dart capacity, but this definitely has its use for someone. After a certain point the drum and load up time just seems overkill and not worth the bulk I guess, I think I would rather just reload more often or use mags
Kick-ass blaster to start the comeback video with! The Alpha Auto 72 looks epic!!! Update: The original comment I made here sure as hell aged like milk. The awful fire rate ruins it for me!
Absolutely the ultimate HVZ weapon. And if you want it too shoot fast then here's a parts list from a mod video I found Rewired to 3s (16 AWG wire) Flywheel Cage: BuffdaddyNerf 42mm Adventure Force Rebel Mech Flywheel Cages (Shell cut required) Flywheel Motor: Out of Darts Kraken Motor Pusher motor: Out of Darts Kraken Motor Flywheel: Containment Crew Inferno Battery Cover: Self made Rev/Trigger Switch: 21A Omron Microswitch
the only thing sucks about this gun is that it hurts so bad, the second I unboxxed it my brother shot me in the back 5 times and it hurted so badly, i havent used it in a real nerf war but lets hope i dont make anyone cry.
Dang, and I thought my villainator was the holy grail of drum guns. Definitely gonna have to pick this baby up! Honestly the only issue I Have with it is the really goofy looking colors on it. Never painted my guns but I might have to make an exception for this one……
Finally. I'm finally getting my "RATTLE EM', BOYS" fix with a blaster like this. Well, it's not as fast as I would have hoped, but eh, it's still pretty fuckin good. Keep it up please, Buzz Bee.
I'm assuming the too freely spinning drum would be fixable by putting a stronger clicky spring in it like we used to do with boomco dynamags. Would be nice to see that confirmed before buying one though. Maybe put in a better motor for slightly rapider fire?
Hello WalcomS7, have you ever taken apart the Adventure Force Alpha Auto 72 dart blaster? I bought one of these toy guns at a local Wal Mart and it didn't work, even though I followed the instructions and installed good batteries. I took the gun apart and found out that (if the muzzle is on the left) then just to the lower left of the top flywheel there is a pair of electrical contacts that I had to squeeze together to make the gun work (I did get the gun to work). The advantage of being forced to do this was that I could see the inner workings of the gun in action. However, the contacts have no apparent purpose such as being part of a safety latch, button, or lever. What are these contacts' purpose, and if I solder a jumper across them to enable the gun to work, will this do some kind of damage to the gun? Sincerely, Ian Douglas
I was impressed till i saw the fire rate. It looks alright, but if it's full auto i want it to go brrrr, above 1 dart a second. Edit: i just remembered that a 90 fps auto is really good.
Use rechargeable batteries. It wil be more powerful and faster. Nimh AA cells deliver energy A LOT better than alkalines and no, the slightly lower voltage (1.2v per cell) will not matter.
It's just me, but I realized that no one is using nerf brand blasters anymore, obviously mega, rival and mega xl are still used, I mean nerf brand elite dart blasters, because what they offer are practically blaster reshells, which are worse internally than the originals and they sell them too expensive for what they are. I feel that the hobby has overtaken Nerf, because other companies like Prime Time Toys, Zuru and even buzzBee among others, offer superior blasters than Nerf in all aspects of price, quality, darts and innovation. In the aspect of the community that is dedicated to modifying blasters, it has also changed because we have worker, prime time toys and among others that release blasters for people who love the hobby and do not modify the Nerf brand blasters that they offer, I still wonder that they are doing Nerf with their blasters, because I doubt kids will want to use nerf elite dart, and blasters that are not powerful (obviously age appropriate). I have to clarify that I am not a Nerf hater, my passion for this hobby was for Nerf, the only thing I want is for Nerf to innovate again as they once did, that's all I wanted to say, good video and I hope to see more of your content.
Still find it funny how buzz bee in one try made a better drum than any of the dart zone drums with the villainator darts fall out if they been used a little and the tomahawk and tomcat want you to break your darts to load it
hey Walcom, love your videos man. I just rewatched the Jankblade video because I've recently been getting back into mech anime and recently got my hands on a Gundam Exia for my figure collection

@WalcomS7 Hey, I just wanted to let you know that there’s someone pretending to be you that’s posting links to a Telegram page. Not sure if you've had this issue before
If that can be modded to fire faster it would be sick. Buzzbee should also release the drums for purchase separately.
They might already offer the drums. I know if you contact them on their website they'll email you an order form where you can buy spare shells and magazines.
@@m00k61 what’s the web to get to buZz bee because I heard they shell eject
I think they should sell another type of magazine that’s a rectangle
@@The_flop-dont.stop0413 unfortunately this blaster in its current configuration. Would only support a round drum magazine. A higher capacity drum could be possible tho
@@madbr3991 to be honest it doesn’t need a larger mag.

Also kinda interesting that they went with the progressive rev and fire trigger seen mostly in community designs, which I think is a first for a big brand blaster manufacturer. The single trigger is nothing new. BuzzBee fly wheelers have been that way forever.
No, almost all of the flywheel blasters I’ve seen from BuzzBee have a single trigger
I agree
Just when I think that drum mags can't get bigger... 😆 Super cool blaster!
We are happy to see that you got this one! Enjoy and have awesome summer with Adventure Force Alpha Auto 72 😄😎
Look at buzzbee throwing their hat into the game. Going for the cheap fun part of Nerf is so smart for them
I would use this in hvz, I’d carry one extra drum and a secondary but this is awesome for topping off
This is the best lmg made by any company yet, it can be reloaded with another drum is the main reason. If you mod it you can make it shoot faster.
Cracked up when you hit the power line and put the hit marker up in the air. Not sure I've seen you do that before. XD
Budget friendly tomahawk 60.
8/10 recommended
I can imagine using the drums as armor the more you fire the weaker you become becuase you are firing your armor
The firing speed reminds me a lot of the Tommy 20 from a long time ago
*EDIT: Does this make the third "Tommy gun" style blaster that Buzz Bee has made?
what were the others?
Tommy 12, Mech Tommy 20, Automatic Tommy 20, Power Mech are the ones I can think of throughout Buzzbee's history
Because they want you to keep the change, ya filthy animals.
We definitely need a flywheel version of the villainator from Dart Zone.
I hope this gets more mod support than the Tomahawk 60.
Another amazing Video as Always. Happy to see Buzzbee has quit huffing glue and put a normal sized grip on a blaster for once.
full auto ?? whatever
72 dart capacity ?? 👍🏼
A GOOD SIZE AND COMFORTABLE GRIP?? perfection and thanks BuzzBee
Reminds me of the buzzbee brute, which is comparable to Nerf's rapidstrike. Well done buzzbee.
When I saw the title, the fist thought in my mind was: "Oh my god! The Tommy 20 is back and better than ever!"
Is the Volt that lives on the range yours by chance? You don't have to answer that, I just think it was a cool car for it's time, even though it's been eclipsed by virtually every new EV.

For once Buzzbee made a good blaster. Is this the start of their redemption arc?
The fact this is still being sold today shows how good it is
I love this blaster already! The Mod Protentional has me foaming at the mouth!
Well, Buzz Bee, ya done good I'd say. It's not absolutely mind-blowingly fantastic, but hey, it's amazing progress from last year, and they even left open room for improvements so I'd say they seem to be back pretty solid this year.
If they release a belt feeder capable of 4-5 shots/sec, then neat.
Especially if they introduce new low-profile belts with it.
I would 100% get it if an upgraded flywheel cage and battery cover were made for it
I should finish my cages...
I've read reviews of the tomahawk dart pusher breaking when going too fast. I have one and can imagine it happening so i don't go fast because of that
RATTLE EM BOYS!
Want one. But I live in the UK, so not anytime soon. And nice to see a decent price, too much stuff in the hobby moving towards airsoft prices.
It’s good to see that BuzzBee is still capable of making nice products

Is it cross-compatible with the drums from the other Buzzbee/Adventure Force drums?
Finally I can reinact the st Valentine’s Day massacre with the neighbors 5 year old kids
*_Rattle 'em boys_*
if this blaster is spray painted into a thompson smg color scheme this honestly will look amazing
The problem with that is that people might think that you are using an actual gun if you ever bring it outside.
Unfortunately it looks like the Dart Zone Tomahawk has been discontinued. The Alpha Auto might be the next best thing for fly wheel drum blasters.
buzzbee long distance darts are perfect for shotguns
ok, hear me out, Tommy sub-machine gun
The Gundam shirt is epic
This thing seems hella cool. I can see it being very popular for sure.
Finally.
I'm finally getting my "RATTLE EM', BOYS" fix with a blaster like this.
Well, it's not as fast as I would have hoped, but eh, it's still pretty fuckin good.
Keep it up please, Buzz Bee.
The race to 100 rounds... I'm here for it!
Basically a villianator if it was auto
i got that thing for Christmas and I love it, only minor complaints is that it feels a bit cheap and is way too slow for a flywheeler
A GRIP FOR HUMAN HANDS FROM BUZZ BEE?!?!?! NANI
I'm assuming the too freely spinning drum would be fixable by putting a stronger clicky spring in it like we used to do with boomco dynamags. Would be nice to see that confirmed before buying one though. Maybe put in a better motor for slightly rapider fire?
Finally, a double capacity, motorized Villanator.!!
Would honestly just get a DZ tomahawk 60 considering that I've not have had a good experience with buzz bee blasters
just got mine a few days ago great value for the money too bad the drum moves so easily.

This is basically an auto tommy 20 modernized and holds more darts.
Walcom. Just curious if is the drum is compatible with the Dartzone Magnum?
Are any of the drums from any of the other blasters cross compatible?
i would love to see a modified version that fires faster
just gonna say i hate when people in the nerf community say crap like "It Is A tHoMsOn GuN" when anything has a front grip and a drum
Nice gundam shirt
Great videos man 👍🏻 . Keep it up! the million will come soon 😁
my fav part 4:25 - 4:27
at last , a nerf Thompson in all it's glory
thompsons with drum mags are usually 50 round
i like it
I'll probably pick up a villinaitor and a tomahawk for my 100fps cap larp. Though this one looks like fun too!
I'm curious if the drum for this blaster would fit in the alphahawk and if not then I guess I'll be rewiring another blaster soon
They unblurred the photo.

And it has the front half of the "Gangster" Tompson. Very nice.
well, this will be a fun mod project
The only positive of the Dinosquad Nerf blasters is aesthetic. However, the price is SO NOT WORTH IT
X-shot dart is good to use in something like that.
