His step overs, his sidesteps, his passing, his scoring. I know again now why we begged Celtic to buy him an why kit hurt us an our team when he left. Jota is back 👏👏👏😀💚🍀🇮🇪
Jota did more in 20 minutes than yang or Palma have done all season. He's a massive step up in class. Definitely jumped a wee bit higher and shouted a wee bit louder for his goal than the other ones.
I watched Taylor today. You guys really do not know when you have a top player. If he was a foreigner, you'd be talking potential and how much he's worth! You need to understand he is partly the reason you control matches and possession. He creates chances and if the players read him, you'd have more. I'm not his agent btw. I don't support Celtic either but I rate some of you guys as a good listen through the weeks. Paul John is a great presenter. The guy Jim is amazing too! Very real!
Paul ...rossco wilson here .....jota instantly just says " give me the ball"...his first thought get at FB ....and hes at 60per cent .....maeda i hold my hands up slated him but hes one of our main players ......look at oreilly....grass isnt always green buddy....jota old school to scales " just you give me it all day long " HH
Looking forward to most of our fans ignoring trusty gifting poor teams goals against us again just so they don't need to admit he's no a better defender than scales
…And ignoring CCV’s errors too - which may not cost us as much as those made by Trusty or Scales, but they do in Europe and are definitely starting to creep-in domestically too.
Engles and Yang are very poor, my god how weak is Engles in the tackle and his passing is shocking, Yang has no end product his shooting and finishing is non exsistent.
Engels is a typical rich mans boy who has had access to the top accademies in Belgium, but when it comes down to the physical aspect of this game, he is useless.
Much better today but still well short of the all-round performance. All the possession in the world doesn’t necessarily equate to being in full control of the game. Still not clinical enough and we only get away with it domestically since the opposition are woeful. The intent and accuracy of our approach play and build-up in the attacking phases was much improved - in the first-half especially. It was lot more direct and purposeful. There was an evident shift in focus to finally penetrating the space from wide and a lesser focus on trying to create through an overcrowded central channel. That said, the tempo of our play was still too low - ball progression and transitions still not quick enough. Vertical route football can only be achieved by consistently-quick ball speed. The understanding and timing of the combinational play between Luke and Maeda down the inside-left channel and wing, was excellent - consistently broke the lines and gave us a far greater platform to supply Idah - as much as Maeda’s final ball needs to be better for the most part. Chuffed to see Idah not only backing-up his midweek goals but performance too - occupied and disorganised their backline well and showed great movement to get in to the channel and exploit the gaps for his goal, with an excellent well-timed darting run and finish. Defensive frailties causing big problems again. Taking ropey Trusty out the equation - it used to just be in Europe CCV was dominated in the air and cost us goals as a result, but it’s happening frequently now domestically, with more aerial duels lost today. His height excuse isn’t the reason, nor is his physicality which he has in spades, he just lacks a combination of positioning, anticipation, and timing - especially from cross balls and corners from the left flank. Jota done more in 20 minutes than Yang has done in 19 months! Incredible to see him back and already performing! 😍💚
That’s a very poor and bias take! 🤦🏻♀️ It’s never a foul in a million years. If Idah done that to either Gordon or O'Donnell at the other end, you would be going apoplectic if a foul was awarded - and rightly so. CCV loses aerial duels regularly. As I said above - his positioning, anticipation and timing is very poor from cross balls and corners, and it’s becoming more and more evident domestically. Look at the data, it doesn’t lie.
@@leannecampbell4551Didn't look much to me either ! If we criticize others for collapsing to the turf with little to no contact, we should not condole our guys doing it.
Outside the box it would be given as ah foul , let’s have it right the goal Man Utd got chopped off against the sporting wing of orange was less of ah foul than that
Maeda and/or Hetate will leave. They are at the end of their “cycle”. The Celtic board will see Jota, Maeda, Kuehn and Jamesie as an over-abundance of talent and cost. If we look at the history of our club, we will almost definitely be willing to sell someone. Yang may show great effort in training and Rodgers clearly appreciates this. But if he stays, Forest retires and we sell Maeda and/or Kuehn, will we really be surprised?
why does acsom podcasters NOT call out the green brigade,,they drag the great celtic club down to level of a MILLWALL football club....shame on the podcasters...hail hail...
There is no shame in disagreeing with what you are saying about The Green Brigade. To compare our ultras to the hooliganism that Millwall is infamous for is ridiculous. Do you want to call the GB out for their charitable endeavours, tifos, and the incredible atmosphere they create, as well as calling them out for pyro sanctions?
Did you actually watch the game? He was our most creative midfielder on the park today. Done a very good job at fulfilling that roaming playmaker role - his excellent link-up play and multiple passing combinations with Maeda and Reo, especially. Yes, his ball retention and his ability to win second balls needs work, but he wasn’t exactly tasked with being a ball-winning midfielder today.
Wee Jota, I love that kind of emotion for our Jersey and the fans ,love the wee man 💚🍀🇮🇪👍🏻superb
His step overs, his sidesteps, his passing, his scoring. I know again now why we begged Celtic to buy him an why kit hurt us an our team when he left. Jota is back 👏👏👏😀💚🍀🇮🇪
I love that emotion shown by Jota. Welcome back wee man!!!!!
For EVERYONE'S information, factual not fictional.
Maeda has played as a striker ALL his career. He only started playing as a winger at CFC
Jota did more in 20 minutes than yang or Palma have done all season. He's a massive step up in class. Definitely jumped a wee bit higher and shouted a wee bit louder for his goal than the other ones.
Great ball from Ralston for the first goal
Class commentary on Jota lads. I am floating away here in Atlanta.
Once Jota gets his hair tidied up and gets back to his full fitness he will be truly fabulous for the Bhoys….
🍀⚽️✊He’s back fir good✊⚽️☘️
Boyd ridiculing Jota tears live on Sky. So much for his men's mental health concerns
Probably envy
McGeady strangely ridiculed him too - before Boyd even opened his abhorrent mouth on the matter.
Naming the charity after himself and not his deceased brother tells you everything you need to know 😳
“This is Scotland by Christ “
@@browns88sbsteady mate ffs ....dislike boyd as much as any celtic fan but ffs thats low ...guy lost his brother ffs

catchin up had something in my eye😅 🍀HH👍
Taylor was excellent today

Rossco! Great to hear from you mate.
Yes, Jota reduced to tears after today’s goal.
There’s no place like home 💚
As stated many times why is Rocki on the bench then
Jota did more in
20 minutes than what yang has in how many games . Very surprised we let young Valle go when he sighed season long loan makes no sense
what is wrong with Kenny not getting a run
Celtic 10 points clear
After Wednesday's game it will be 13 plus superior goal difference.
Jota 😀🍀⚽️
Trusty gives me the fear
Perfectly good goal chopped off for proddy tax

Ccv was weak as he'll at their goal too. Great team performance tho maeda, hatate, Taylor, idah were outstanding
He had no time to react to that wall whizzing into his area. He did the best he could do under the circumstances.
Missing the fact the goal came from our captains passing ..he was very poor 1st half
So far, Trusty doesn't look like an upgrade on Scales
Boyd’s Jota comments were poor but he is a expert on tissues. W⚓️

Played the pass to Maeda for 3rd goal, great work.

Still can't believe the Motherwell goal was giving clear foul on ccv he was winning the ball until the hands on his back 😮

Was a foul on Hart in the cup final but not on ccv today 🤔
If idah does that in the opposition's box it's a foul all day long and a penalty Tae ranjurs if at Ibrox 😅

100% Yang is away in the summer, I can see Hatate gone too. Maeda will have admirers, no worries about that... Might his head be turned.
If Hatate continues to give cheap balls away and make passes to opponents each game. Good buy and good luck I say.
Some terrible haircuts in this team , such ah waste could be ah few players with longer hair and ah bandana
The “Jota needs ah feed narrative is ah contagious hysteria “ , if anything he looks chubby for his 18 months away
I wondered what the words to the second verse were…
Cheating Beaton at it again 🙄

Luke McCowan is not a creative player ! His finishing is worse than Hatate's. Use him to see out games, not starting in games.

McCowan was involved in most of our best attacking play today. Linked up really well, and I think he earned a start in the next couple of games.
