Please suggest the procedure to apply for masters in Turkish (Istanbul) Universities. Further, It is also required to confirm that I will complete a Masters in economics (2 years program) in December 2022 then will I be eligible for PhD programs in Turkish (Istanbul) Universities and if I'm eligible for PhD programs then suggest the procedure to apply.
