More work needs to be done on this one like Tinashe has said. If the father could come back to his senses and avail himself to be tested in order for this matter to be concluded without doubt thu better. Running away won't solve anything, the lady is married elsewhere now.

Those are clear signs and they should have referred to further testing if they were not convinced by the symptoms described. That's definitely epilepsy and can be controlled by many drugs and yes Epilim being one of them

Now if the alledged father is not found, how do we prove that he is related to that family, maybe the alledged is not from that family hence 0% relatedness. its becoming more complicated....what if the tests prove that the uncle who tested the child is the one who isnot from the family?....

It really becomes a forensic investigation. Mutambara hospital should have referred the child to a paediatrician or referral hospital like Mutare General

How can the mother leave such a vulnerable child with unmet needs for marriage? It won't be surprising that the new husband has his kids. Many are leaving their birth children to play step-mum to someone else's kids...so heartbreaking.

There are 3 possibilities here 1.The alleged father of the tested child might not be the biological father. 2.The alleged father's father might not be his biological father hence the 0% relatedness with the uncle. 3. The uncle might not be part of the family.This is so complicated.Let's hope the child will also get medical assistance.

I reached out to help this mother have a medical diagnosis and treatment for her child but unfortunately she was unreachable. The chief was the only one available and he has prioritized kuita chivanhu nekutsvaga the father of this child rather than this child’s well-being. Even the sister to allegedy father might not be a full sibling to the alledged father. I think many tests need to be done . The allegedy father should be found so as to finish this case
