I found ancient Puebloan ruins along with some pictographs in their mysterious ancient language that we no longer understand.

I am awestruck by the ancient hidden abodes you visited in the video.
As was I! Amazing history!
I have a favorite meal I discovered during a sustained road trip like yours, also very simple. But something you'd have while driving, not hiking: raisin/walnut bread, swiss cheese, and sardines in mustard. Deelish! 👍
Ha! That sounds like a great combo!
Hi Sweller 🙋♀️♥️ What a Fantastic video!!! Gotta get ya some ladders to carry with ya 😂 I want to see up in them 😊 Great Video!!!
Me carrying ladders on my back through the desert wasteland... now that would be a great video! Ha!
@@LifeInATinCan 😅🤪 Ha!! Stay safe Sweller and keep enjoying
Sounds like uncle traveling Matt from fraggle rock
Ha! I just need to let the beard grow a a tiny bit more!
Kivas were not dwellings per se: they were specifically for the use of the men for ceremonial, ritual, and conference purposes.
Thanks for clarifying that - I'm an amateur and just learning this history. It's quite fascinating! I'd be keen to hear any other bits of info you have as I put up more videos.
Nice vlog! Greetings from the Netherlands! 🇳🇱👍🇺🇲
Thanks for visiting! I'd love to visit your beautiful country!
Those two shallow depressions in that stone which you stated, “used for tool building,” well you are wrong. Those two shallow depressions in that stone were used to grind grain into flour.
Would this be a metate? There was one area outside the ruin that I was sure was for tool building, but your explanations for these particular depressions makes sense because of their location inside the living area of the ruin. I'm pretty much an amateur so your knowledge is much appreciated!
good job i like you ,
Thank you very much
Please do not walk on cryptobiotic soil. Respect the fragility of the ruins by removing your back pack before approaching, Never enter the ruin, don't take anything, it's a felony. Do not touch the ruins.
This is all great advice! Preserve our history and our natural habitat.
So many guys running around the deserts doing the same thing ( looking for things they saw on Google earth) and saying the exact same things. Who of the many was the first?😂
... said the guy who opened the first hamburger restaurant 😂
THEY ???
Less talk and more walk.
