If you would think about it more than a minute you could easily figure it out if it would be like only epic legendary and mythical the price and scarcity of these shards would be insane. Would it be better? I don't think so.
Can we please have more minotaur stages. It's unbelievable that despite now having mythical champions that also requires masteries, the final stage of minotaur still level 15. Not asking for a hard mode dungeon, but idk a 25 stage minotaur or something.

You can farm mino in like 18 seconds it’s not that bad unless your just staring out
I would like more stages of the minotaur also. I'd also like there to be some events (aside from CVC) that incorporate Minotaur runs and/or upgrading champs via masteries.
Great now we just need to collect enough mythical tomes over 2-3 years for one champion if we ever get one that is…

Yall gotta make it easier to get books. An increase in drop rates for clan boss chests woule be rad. Getting an ultimate or transcendant chest dropping xp brews feels bad.

You're literally missing the whole point. I advise you stop playing the game if thats seriously what you are complaining about.
If you make it f2p friendly ... if we have a chance to collect quarz as well, then it is a nice addition. However remember about the ballance. Would be good if mythicals could contain epic, legoes and myths, not rares bc it will end up like in the first prism shard pull, where vast majority of people were discouraged to collect prism shards bc over 90 % of them got a rare for their effort.
It won’t be FTP friendly, where will you get the mythical books from? - the shop obviously for $50 a pop
@@BooperSchmooper that is for sure, however I read comments under hell hades and someone mentioned quarz may be added as a reward to hydra clash so this itself may be a way to at least gather some resources in a slower tempo.

It's Plarium :DDD what are you talking about. they said in the video only events in game to collect quartz, which means buy shards for "SUMMONING EVENT" to get maybe a quartz or two, tournaments will be worse because quartz will probably be for the first 3 placed players, which means whales and krakens will always be collecting them, not low spenders, fp2 and mere mortals. this is the end of raid, only whales and krakens will remain in the game, and maybe a few content creators

Fully expect to see quartz for top places in tourneys, in tiny amounts, while popups to buy them show up every day.
Imagine going through all the trouble to get a shard, only to get a random regular rare.
It won't be quite like that...You'll get a chance to receive it in the Hydra Clash Chests as well as some other Events. Stay tuned and we'll reveal more info real soon!

@@RaidShadowLegends If a good bulk of obtainable quartz is locked behind Hydra Clash, you've just seriously restricted a good amount of the player base from obtaining them. One of the worst decisions Raid made in regards to Hydra Clash was locking chests behind personal clash points earned. Unless I was robbed of a chest from my clans 2nd place ranking last rotation, My understanding is I need to get a minimum of 35M damage sum across multiple Hydra levels (normal hard etc) to get even the lowest tier of chest within the ranking my clan receives. That's so heavily weighted toward end game and big spenders.
@@someFINEstuff Your understanding is correct, however since they literally introduced Hydra by calling it an "End Game Oriented new clan boss" I don't understand your outrage. They literally told you it's meant for End Game players day one. So what part of a new rarity tier being harder to f2p obtain than legendary, which is already tough for f2p players to get their hands on, makes you upset? The only people who are going to be stacking them in teams are players in Plat and high Gold 5 in Classic Arena who 99.9% are already whales anyway. Let's be honest here spending money in Raid, unless it's on books and even that can be argued, never actually gives direct power as it's still the same RNG everyone else goes through. It just gives you more chances to get LUCKY than f2p, that's it. So yeah, whales are the ones who are going to get them first and get more of them than the rest of us, but how exactly is that different from literally any other update?
My only issue will be that Primal shards will ONLY be giving out Rare champions when opened just like Ancient & Void shards do.. Its a great feature added to the game & looks really great but I highly doubt I'll ever get one no matter how many Primal shards I open..
That was my thoughts. Imagine getting all those shards only to get a shitty rare champion that you have like three of already. It should Legendary or Mythical ONLY
Good idea? This is a terrible idea. No one wants this shit. It’s going to run the game. These champs are going to make champs like Acrizia, Trunda, Taras, Marichka, etc look like crappy champions. They are gonna lose a massive portion of the player base because of this
This doesn’t include adding in mythical skill tombs. Good luck getting those as well

Since they are adding this new probably hard as nails to get type of shard and new fresh type of champions that will bring some crazy amount of toughness to the game, it would be just FAIR if they could make the very first Mythical champion into a 7 Days Playtime Reward so everyone can have a nice touch of the new batch in store! Also, I hope the Metamorph form in the Lizardman champions give out straight dinosaur nightmare like creatures!
P.S: Im still expecting to see that empty champion class in the Index to be filled! they should add like a "Davy Jones Crew-Ish oceanic cursed humanoid creaturesor like a steampunk-ish kind of machine dudes!

Primal Shards can also pull Rare and Epic Champions? Weird dynamics there. It should be at least pull a Legendary or Mythical Champions only. Anyway great gamechanging updates by Raid
Agreed it’s already enough Plarium is gonna milk the money train for these shards, but the fact that they can summon rares and epics is underwhelming.

You all need to really consider only allowing 1 Mythical champion in pvp scenarios so the battle itself is not completely 1 sided and so every other champ is not powercrept. Deeply consider a requirement for Mythical to be in the leadership slot only, so you cant have more than one on a team at a time. 4 of these on a squad is too much.

Great implementation, but we have to be very cautious about them...it'd be amazing to see those shards/fragments as a part of daily activities like daily login, or events/tournaments without an obnoxious amount of points required. Otherwise it'd make the gap between one kind of players an another even more abysmal than those who have Taras and Marichka and those who don't...
Hi! They will be available through Hydra Clash Chests as well as some other Events. We also have a major new feature in the works that’ll allow players to get a special Mythical Champion and Primal Shards as part of its rewards. But that's a secret for now :)

So primal shard can raise rare and above but it is the only shard that can bring about mythical….great…cannot wait to use this to raise all those rare champions…you guys missed the mark on this…should be legendary and primal at minimum…
how would you build them if they change class? is there separate builds for each half or do you need to find an even split? like hp chestplate and attack boots or something? if they worked like this they would suck

Will there be a mercy system like any other shard, or will there be no mercy? And how easy will these components to the shard be able to get? I’m hoping you guys do this right, or else a lot of players will NOT be happy.

There shouldn't be rares in the mythical shard summons pool, provided how hard it will be to get those shards. Do it like for the Prism shards and only have epics, legendary and mythical champs in the summon pool. Good thing that you will be able to "build" your mythical shards from quartz pieces. But PLEASE don't make those too hard to get!! Give regular opportunities to get those pieces like login rewards, daily tasks / advanced tasks etc
I agree with you I'm hoping that there's no painful grind, and we can get the shards through maybe as a gift for the event. But who knows?
I agree, but if they took those out, they'd give mythicals a 0.1% chance, probably. And no way in hell payrium would ever let you get a legendary at 99.9% rate

I think if you going to have mythical champions in the game they need to be mythical rares mythical epics and mythical to keep it all right because pulling reg rears with these shard is going to kill raid off unless the rates of getting these champions are better i think there going to be awesome addition to the game

Rares... Epics... You added Rares and Epics to the pool for those Primal Shards. They really do look cool, but otherwise, so unattainable. Hahaha! Weird really, I haven't got any decent ally-attack champ in my roster after 4 years. I haven't pulled a Fahrakin yet. It took 3 years of playing Raid to finally get a Halberdier (Lol! Good thing I got Torturehelm 6 months before the first Halberdier dropped on my account), for if not I wouldn't be able to fuse Rhazin. Now this... Lol! I bet it will just be like this Marishka and Tarras thing. For the extremely wealthy and lucky. Hahaha! This was bound to happen; mythical heroes... but wouldn't it be more fair to just have Legendaries, both void and non-void in the pool along with this Mythical Heroes? I imagine a regular player grinding for that fragments to fuse 1 primal shard, and when he pools it after going through all the effort, he gets a farmable rare in the end like a Hound Spawn. Sad, Raid, truly sad.

i genuinely like everything about this except the drop rates....even getting an epic from mythical shards is gonna be a huge dissapointment, but rares??? might aswell make the shards very hard to obtain but guaranteed legendary/mythical

The primal shards should function like the Sacred Shards. Like the Sacred Shards being able to summon Epic and Legendary champions, the Primal Shards should summon Legendary and Mythical champions only. This game is just becoming another cash grab.

Mythical shards should only Summon legendary and mythical. The fact that it does rares and epics , im better off saving until there are guaranteed mytchical Summon events

I would like if everybody could chose one of those mythic champions for their account as a permanent fusion that eventually you could get one mythical of your choice, and the shard should not include rare champions, imho rare champions have no use after some point in the game, it is what it is, should be epics legendarys and mythics, but I really think should be only legendarys and mythics, and make it a little more rare to get, but more exciting when you have one, for plarium this is not tha bad, since there are a lot of bad legos, and so on, but to the players there is a lot of hope and expectation of good champions when oppening this shard, because having rares in it will only be super frustrating just my opinion

Que de esos fragmentos te pueda salir también un raro me parece lamentable puesto que serán muy difíciles de conseguir, un Épico, un Legendario, pues vale, pero deberían de quitar de que puedan salir raros de esos fragmentos tendrían que ser iguales a los Sagrados
El haber escuchado que se puede sacar un campeón raro de ese tipo de fragmentos es lo peor que han podido hacer

great.. more adds to pop up. I don`t see these shards being available for many players but the whales will have no trouble. I like the idea but I don`t see Plarium making it so many have a chance to obtain any. More heavy grinding for little rewards.

Wow, everyone sarcastically predicting 0.5% chance of drawing a Mythical was spot-on.
Maybe other players will disagree, but looking at the Dwarf and Sylvian Mythics I don't see why their base form even exists. If I owned either switching them to their advanced form would _always_ be the first thing I'd do with them in any fight.
