at 18:42 Alex couldnt use Sealed Blaze Dragon, Apalra as he had resolved Cindy's ACT to grab an Arms from drop, albeit in this situation it didnt change too much, as he did arm gain at 18:53 so could just resolve Sealed Blaze Dragon, Apalra then, just making the note incase it comes up at a more important time down the line
