Lived there for 12 years and then moved away for 4 years for a job and recently just moved back. I gotta says, lots has changed, the city is growing a lot more faster and new buildings, neighborhood and streets are been added to the city itself. Plus, it’s a good city and state to raise a family.
@@gogurtz1738 why did u leave? San Diego is awesome. My job has offering out in Lincoln..its a good one. I am a city guy myself, i fear the pay jump will not make it worth it. Being single at 30 in a smaller click city where alot of people r born and raised not sure if I can survive lol. I like pro sports, entertainment and big cities just have better placed prolly. Id love to move tampa florida.
@@christopherwood3643 man since covid was at its peak, I had no other choice but to leave because I almost got laid off. Plus, the governor of California is a total asshole implementing stupid restrictions. I really love San Diego, CA but, I just missed having less traffic and to be closer to family a little bit more.
A lot different from when I lived there in the 70’s. Did you go down O Street. Hard to tell. Is there still a huge thrift store down by the Amtrak station?
Pretty town! One question: Does Lincoln have any short mountains in its outskirts or surrounding areas? Just wondering where people go for hiking activities.
I applied job here but interviewer not welcoming, they ask questions not concern resume, try to refuse more than looking for employees. They don’t understand value of life lessons.

For hiking you can go to the loess hills in Iowa. About an hour-ish drive away. Nebraska is all flat, lol.
@@RainbowManification This portion of Nebraska, while not the hilliest, is pretty hilly.
It’s beautiful city but wish it’s more than 30 minutes.
