What a coincidence, I am following along these videos one day behind and I did this very thing during my meditation last night, imagining white light coming down through me all the way down to mother earth and she returning orange light back up through me, and here tonight I find out this is what was prescribed for last night, I wonder if it was the same time Tina was channeling this lesson lol. Although Jesus said red and green light from Giha, but I think if you mix red and green you get the orange light I was imagining.
Yes, after yoga exercise I asked Jesus and the spirits in 2016 that I wanted a simple life so I have time to get to know myself and focus on my spiritual actions. Yes, it is a lot of work to get to know how powerful I am. No TV and Netflix in my house. My health is getting better. I also do not drink caffeine, it makes me very sick... migraine. I eat raw vegan food they give me a stable energy. I also let my body rest when I am tired. Now Jesus is teaching us more about our vital force we control our body! I take kundalini exercise for one-year I exercise off and on because I give my body to rest because it was damage from childhood, stress , and hard work to make money. So I be patient with my body that I allow it heal and I exercise again. It is truly a lot of work to understand myself, mind, soul and body. Thank you Jesus for reminding us. I live in a sweet and small basement suite...rent one bedroom. I have more time to focus on my body and my body is my temple . Living in a small basement suite it is not much to clean. I have more time to exercise, write, pray, meditation, prepare healthy raw vegan meals and warm food as well. So much love, namaste

They is also you, your fears and beliefs manifested, this is why Jesus recommends the forgiveness practice because if you separate those evil controllers from yourself then you are perpetuating the ego centric view of reality, which is one of separation. If you acknowledge that all the wrongs in the world are in fact you, if you don’t react with anger and rejection but instead say... “That behaviour is unacceptable because it is an aspect of myself.” And as you witness that behaviour, knowing that it is not another separate being but an aspect of your own mind presented to you for healing and raising awareness, you immediately go into your mind and say, “Do I have that aspect in myself and have I not been aware of it?” Indeed you will find that aspect in your mind beyond your conscious awareness by the activity of the apparently separate outside being that you are observing, and it is a gift indeed to be able to forgive and love that aspect of yourself!” “This is not about other beings. It is about the forgiveness of self, the reintegration of self, and this is why the practise of forgiveness is so important. This is why it is so important to not be violent or vicious in your actions because you attack yourself. Basically speaking, we humans produce a vital life force energy on this planet (listen from the 5:18 min of this video), which we control with our mind. When we actively can do that, we are in control of where our energy and attention goes and not mass media systems (they) controlling us.
Non-human beings need lower frequences and transferm them for some reason for themself. For this reason they manipulated the human species to live in fear with war and these MMS. Unfortunately "we" didn't realise it. It's not a consp. theorie.
What about the teachings of ACIM that say I am NOT a body, I am free for I am STILL as God created me." Also, that the body is an illusion. As a relatively new student in ACIM I see the concepts are expressed differently here. Or maybe it is my perception/misperception. I thought the path of ACIM is a return to love through forgiveness, rather than being an uprising against others. I feel that is sometimes the message here. I may be wrong, someone please clarify as I have an open mind. As the initial attraction to ACIM for me, was to hear ACIM was about mind not the body.
konscious kat woman Thanks for this lovely reply. I feel in your post, the warmth and comfort I get when I read ACIM in my morning quiet time. I followed the lessons for a year when it was done by Tina and enjoyed it in conjunction with reading the ACIM book., and when the forty days started I commenced with an open mind but this time it felt a bit different as there is a "them" being referred to and a seeming push to not wear masks, or to fight establishment, and political influence statements that seems to pick sides. I am glad you mentioned forgiveness as it is not a theme here. But I will stay the 40 days as "contempt prior to investigation" is what guides me. Once again thank you for expressing the purity of ACIM so well. All I keep reminding myself is we are all one.

I only started following Tina a few months ago and was wondering if any of Tina's subscribers know if Jesus has taken any other incarnations on earth or other planets since he was on earth?
In Tina’s book Jesus my autobiography, he says that Jesus was his last incarnation on Earth but he had many, what we would call unremarkable lives before the one we call Jesus. There was nothing said about other planets but he did say that once you graduate from the Earth school the journey continues into evermore fascinating aspects of exploring the self ie different realities. I suspect we will all experience different things as we go, all of our journeys are personal even if we do ultimately end up in the same place ie the All or source, or god, whatever you want to call it. Seeking out information about past lives either your own or Jesus’ isn’t particularly helpful at this time because Jesus would remind you that anything you experience in the world out there is simply an aspect of yourself. It’s more important that you observe your reality as though you are observing yourself (because you are); try and work out what you are offering up to yourself for integration and indeed forgive if necessary but welcome and love yourself with an open heart. This is what we can all do, this is what Jesus did and taught in his lifetime. You can read all about it in Jesus my autobiography by Tina. He stresses in that book that there is nothing special about what he did, it is ultimately within us all to do the same and there is no time like the present!

Those energies flowing through the body is very powerful. I found if there is any illness or uncomfortable feelings in the body. I just lie down and let it flow through me, a moment later, all sick symptoms go away.
