I used a similar technique while I wss going through the breakup of a 20 year relationship with my ex. I made a list of his top 10 positive qualities, whether or not he was currently displaying those attributes. I had the physical paper copy, and also made it into a memo on my phone and referred to it anytime I was feeling angry and blameful toward him. It worked like a balm on my on my mind, reminding me that I was not a victim, but a willing participant in our relationship, he was not essentially bad and it wasn't 20 bad years.

With all due respect Tina I would like Jesus to explain some more about our consciousness evolution…from what to what are we evolving to? Also if time doesn’t really exist and time and space are characteristics of this matrix and some say matrix still exists after our biological body death. Therefore if time doesn’t exist we do not need to evolved, we already are.
Excellent points and very similar to what I've been contemplating lately. I started thinking, what is this repetitiveness about "learning lessons" we keep hearing about over and over? Is this just another "program" designed to keep us stuck in the matrix or to keep coming back to it (ie. Reincarnation loop|soul trap)? We are already perfect shards or parts of God Source, what do we need to improve upon? The only problem I'm seeing is we apparently agreed to "forget" when coming here, which makes learning lessons rather pointless because we won't remember them anyway. We can be doing the same thing over and over again, in a loop, regardless of accomplishments and how would we ever truly know? So much "channeled" information people decide to put their trust in. And, yes, I've listened to others explaining how this is basically a simulation and it extends all the way into the 4D. It's not really until we get into the 5D and beyond that we are starting to pass beyond the matrix design which unfortunately calls into question which "channeling" information can be trusted here, regardless of how it may sound. Lower frequency beings, energies, archons, demons, ETs etc. all have their hooks into this 3D matrix from the lower Astral 4th density. Practices such as ACIM may assist to tone the suffering down but we can never 100% escape it and that should tell us something. If we could, it wouldn't be 3D. And why are souls being told in NDE's that they need to come back, it's not their time, when they want to stay? Aren't they supposed to have the free will to decide that on their own? I'm just going to say discernment is certainly key because there is a lot of conflicting information coming from channeling circles and I just don't see why so-called higher frequency beings would take on an ego and try to sell us this idea that coming here over and over again is for our own good and to "learn lessons." We repeat that being the reason because we've been told it from channeling. But like David Icke says, we are infinite consciousness: all that was, is, and ever will be, and why would we want to limit our experiences to one speck of experience, on earth, in the matrix over and over again, when we don't need or have to? I'm starting to view this as a game we don't even have to play. Some food for thought.

I see myself as the opposite. However, I now see how I contributed to the situation and how we can fix the matter thru communication. Thank you Tina and Jesus, for your wisdom and your love. To not believe this world is a story is both easy and difficult, even tho there can be only One Truth. So which has to go? It might take lifetimes, but the suffering and frustrations of this world of changing forms, time, and space, (all illusions) will cause one to cry out for help. Jesus will be there then...but why not now? When we become enlightened, it will be now! There is the eternity of infinite bliss, but it's not to be found in this world; this story. ACIM explains this in detail so I recommend it, even if it's not easy to immediately grasp.
