For the coaching reference, he was briefly the coach of the San Diego Conquistadors of the ABA, but it only lasted for a while during the 1973-74 season.

I know, lol. It also seems weird that Tony Orlando didn't attend the Versailles Peace Conference of 1919.

I would love to bring this show back here in the US and evolve it into "Mad Dash Million" where one contestant can run the Mad Dash to the finish line to win over $1,000,000 in cash and prizes.

The late Pierre Lalonde forgave that male contestant, for giving that wrong answer.

This episode would have aired around 1979 on CTV in Canada. Altogether it ran from 1978 to 1985.

"The Mad Dash" was a Canadian game show that aired between 1978 and 1985. The host's name was Pierre Lalonde. It was taped in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Also, there was a French Canadian version of Chain Reaction that aired on TQS (now called V) that he hosted from 1986 to 1991, the exact same time frame that the English language version with Geoff Edwards aired. They were both taped on the same set in Montreal as well.
