मेरे पापा के समय में भारत में कहा जाता था की 2 जून भोजन लेना चाहिए , मतलब मात्र 2 बार ही मुंह को जूठा करना है , कोई हमे प्रसाद दे तो भी उसे उस समय नही खाना है , पेक करके जेब में रख लेना है और भोजन के समय पर ही खाना है : 2 जून भोजन लेने का सर्वोत्तम समय : सुबह 9 से 10 और शाम 5 से 6 , 2 भोजन के बीच 8 घंटे का अंतराल भी हो गया और सूर्यास्त से पहले भोजन समाप्त भी हो गया 😌

Search for prebiotic foods and probiotic foods ..! Add prebiotic and probiotic in the meals maximum as much you can . a) When we eat junk food, it reflects through our body odour and hence, to eliminate that we use all kinds of shampoos and soaps. When the diet is clean, we wont have such body odour. Replace shampoo with Shikakai and we actually don't need soap at all. Fresh water bath with optional gentle scrubbing triggers blood flow, lymphatic system. b) Go for plant based milks, if absolutely necessary. But make sure to read the ingredients and see that there are no added oils in it. Soy, Almond etc c) Curd (Yoghurt) is bad if its coming from the Animal source. Rather replace it with Plant based curds like Coconut.

a) When we eat junk food, it reflects through our body odour and hence, to eliminate that we use all kinds of shampoos and soaps. When the diet is clean, we wont have such body odour. Replace shampoo with Shikakai and we actually don't need soap at all. Fresh water bath with optional gentle scrubbing triggers blood flow, lymphatic system.
b) Go for plant based milks, if absolutely necessary. But make sure to read the ingredients and see that there are no added oils in it. Soy, Almond etc
c) Curd (Yoghurt) is bad if its coming from the Animal source. Rather replace it with Plant based curds like Coconut.
I have watched the part 1 and since that day I have left the sugar diary products and refined oil as he suggested. And to be honest it's work like a magic for me. Thnks sir

I had a gastritis problem every time i get confused that what the hell wrong with me then I start my treatment I consult 4-5medicines they proscribed me some medicines during taking medicine I feel relax Somewhat but after stopping it I faced the same situation it's been 4 years I'm having this damn thing, I was unable to figured it out that what's the cause for it I get answer from any doctors they said you have gastritis then other doctors say you have h.Pylori, you possibly could have ulcer, but confused I'm not eating such things then why the hell these kind of problems I'm having then accidentally while scrolling I saw dr ram verma video talking about gut and bacteria I listen whole video and started feeding my bugs in gut I swear now its been 15 days without medicine and I feel energetic, happy, pessimistic as I used to in my teen age and I'm 27 year old.
I only add 2 things to my daily routine 1.chia seeds 2.syllium husk
And avoid having such things which feeds bad bacteria like tea , sugar, stress
While taking these two things I feel and saw Anormous changes my stress level unexpectedly gone now I'm happy my mood is good I can feel love, I can feel happiness, even sexual arousal now I'm completely changed within 15 days 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
