Knowing specs of the product should be a requirement for a video.

@@DrTortoiselle this is only an unboxing first impressions video…it’s not meant to be a video where I tell you everything about the guitar it’s meant to be a video about how the instrument feels straight out of the box, regardless of specs - personally I have never bought or not bought a guitar because of the specs! You can find specs on their website, I couldn’t because this was pre release and I wasn’t given all of the specs…

@@TSFAHTPS can you play this guitar and drop C without fret buzz thicker gauge strings, of course
I’ve been looking at this guitar even though it doesn’t have stainless steel frets because I don’t want to pay 2500 for the other one I like
But drop C is my tuning
And just so there’s no confusion that means the whole guitar tuned a full step down with the low east string tuned to C
I’m going to be recording so I can’t have any fret buzz

@@feedthewolf6930 I don't know...I don't have the guitar anymore - Fender/Jackson lends us the guitars and we have to send them back after a few weeks! I'd say it should work fine though as it's kind meant for that kinda stuff -and the quality was really good..in my opinion anyways!

@@TSFAHTPS there’s some other video where I left the same comment and the guy was saying how it was definitely not a $2000 guitar more like an $800 guitar no stainless steel frets for $2000!?

I am always glad to see another doublecut hardtail with a flat neck pitch.

Did they put SS frets on these? Those are excellent guitars, I have the floyd rose version in satin black and absolutely love it. Great sounding and plays like a dream. Position 4 is excellent, kind of sraty. Very versatile guitar, great for recording.

Today's kids just don't know what fantastic made in USA models they had back in the day. The new "american" models are just a bad joke now
