You had me when you adhered the washi tape on the back to join all the white scraps. Then it just got better and better
Thank you so much! :)
yeah, me too😂
Thanks! x
Still binge watching your videos Natalie! Your voice is lovely, soft & soothing, very easy on the eards. Thanks for sharing all your lovely cards, plus all the tips & tricks!
Oh thank you!
img been doing that last werk 😅
Thank you! x
Thank you for these techniques. I love starting with scraps and the white is brilliant! I like how this project is theme friendly.
Thank you! :)
Wow, I recently discovered your channel and live all of your ideas ! This one especially because for the first step when you taped them together with washi tape, it certainly made it easier to work on one piece to make it quicker and you had a theme. Next the fact that you use mixed media techniques to bring it all together was great. I love the colours that you used and the cards all turned out beautifully ! Thanks so much for the ideas. 😊
Thank you! It's my pleasure. :)
This is the second video I've watched and again am blown away by the simplicity of your work. Must admit the lots of white space scares me but will try it slowly and see how I go. Thanks again for a great demonstration. Once more, back to rummage in my stash......you could become addictive 😮 😅
Thank you! Cheers!
Great ideas, thank you! I especially love the presents.
Someone may have already said, but if you do ever want your golds to match, you could just heat emboss the die cut with the same gold splatter powder 😊
Thanks! I did think about doing that at the time, but decided the gold card would be quicker and easier! :)
Loved this idea! Loved your ending results too.
Thanks so much! 😊
Such a lovely card. Creative techniques and using up scraps…love this video! Thanks for sharing it!
Thanks so much!
I use scraps up for letters and sentiments as I often layer these numerous times, so they’re handy for the layers as it’s irrelevant what colour they are ;)
Great!
How nice! Wow! I’m jealous of your “scrap” stash. 😮 You should see how tiny most of the scraps are that I’ve kept…. What I generally do with my white scraps is die cut additional copies so I can stack them for dimension and, as you mention here, stamp sentiments on them then die cut them.
That's a great idea!
Natalie, you could call this technique 'The Cinderella Story' technique. You tossed bits and pieces and colors and techniques together, and the end result is truly Cinderella! Thank you for more inspiration. Now, back to the craft room; I think my cobbled together sheet is dry enough for the PVA and gold embossing powder step.... 😃
Fabulous! X
That’s a perfect name for it!
Or “The Ugly Duckling”… that turns into a beautiful 🦢🫶
These cards are beautiful! What a creative way to make those squares! 😍
Thanks so much!
what wonderful ideas!! That glewhack with the spongedauber too, loved your video, so smart! thx❤

Had not thought to tape scraps together before to create one cohesive background must try that! Thanks for the inspiration x
You are so welcome!
More great ideas. I usually save mine to use for sentiments, or for die cutting. Will be looking at them differently now. Look forward to seeing your other ideas xx
Thanks, Margaret! :)

Love watching all your demos. I get so much inspiration I get carried away trying to do something similar each afternoon.
Thank you so much!
I usually use my scraps for sentiments or for trialing colour combinations and new techniques
Sounds great!
Great cards ,love idea with the white paper scraps
Thanks so much!
You have a beautiful eye for color combos, and your signature is white space and gold accents! I am always inspired by your ideas! My white scraps are overflowing, but most of mine are very small odd shapes. I can’t stand to throw anything out that I may be able to use at some point. It feels so good to pull out a tiny scrap and use it for something small like a sentiment or die cut leaf! But I am thinking instead of washi tape I could take those odd shapes and put them close together on a tacky mat before I do my ink blending, stamping, and splattering. Die cut leaves and flowers from that could be quite pretty!
Sounds great! Thanks for sharing. X
Gorgeous cards and I simply adore the last one with the single present with the large bow. I use my white scraps for die cutting and sentiments mostly so some more good ideas are most welcome, thank you. xxx💖💖💖
My pleasure! x
Super ideas! Adding the papers together and the embossing with glue and water!!! 🎉❤ I can't wait to try them 🎉🎉🎉

Love your ethos about using scraps. I have so many and sometimes, I sit and look at the white mess in my box. I will at some point attempt to colour and stamp them. Your ideas are brilliant. I so love the last two cards, just perfect. Thanks again, Natalie x
You can do it!
@@nbcascards I know! x😂
Enjoyed this idea! I did want to see the scraps of your squares leftover after you finished designing your cards - a before and after of your scraps … They are all lovely in that color combination. TFS.
Thank you! x
I love the first card.
Thank you! x
Personally I could see silver rather than gold but with a more open stamp design😊
You will probably enjoy tomorrow's video then.
