Leslie Diosdado it’s literally the scariest thing. My first love of 5 years broke up with me a few months ago. Nobody really talks about losing your boyfriend and best friend in one day. It’s hard to trust again and to open to someone else it’s just you never think you you’ll love someone the way you love him. AriaOreo I was almost in the exact situation as you were, but he said we weren't friends anymore because he believed a guy over me. But everything else is the same as yours. I broke down silently that day and I asked myself what I did wrong but in the end I realized that I wouldn't wanna be with someone who doesn't trust me, and I've done nothing wrong on my part. I've put that in the past and surrounded myself with friends that actually made me feel worth something and it helped. Hope you get better and I'm always here x

i’ve been talking to the same guy for about 5 years, and i’ve been through so much with him. I’ve questioned myself, thought why me and him weren’t working out was because he convinced me it was my fault.. I always thought it was my fault for how we turned out, when he was the one creating distance, he was the one talking to not only one girl but several. I was in love with the him , or maybe I was in love with the guy I first met that gave me all his attention, all his kind words, all his hope for us in the future. But since then our hope has only faded. And I need to learn how to let go. Because if I don’t my pain for him and me is just going to get more heavy.. more draining.. it’s so hard to let go.. but so easy to get attached.. but i know I still have a lot to do .. a lot to learn but for now.. i’m taking it one step at a time.

You can never really understand how a change can change so quickly, it's crazy that you can love someone for so long then bam, just like that. They're gone in 3 seconds out of your arms, you don't have them anymore, you can't see them, help them, cry to them. It's over....everything you could've ever loved is gone. There's nothing you can do to get that person back, never in a million years, your stuck without your favorite person, forever having this terrible feeling inside your chest, head and stomach.
