Two things that really helped me improve anxiety and sleep have been: eliminating strong caffeinated drinks (like coffee) and practicing mindfulness meditation every day for at least 10 minutes (I've been using the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and I've been liking its simplicity). Cutting out coffee was super difficult but so necessary because it was throwing off my digestion and causing my body unnecessary anxiety.

Magnesium is a key supplement and people shouldn't only take it for sleep. As for vitamin D3+K2 everyone should take it and by taking it with K2 there is no fear of toxicity compared to when you supplement plain D3. It is also important for women since you are more prone to osteoporosis; K2 plays the role for where calcium ends in the body. Vitamin C, what can you say? One of the powerful antioxidants and energy; what more can you ask? I use dry oregano as a spice a lot; I had no idea oregano oil as a supplement existed. Autumn has an extra reason to be healthy :). Bless you.

Oregano oil is one of the best oils you can use to prevent sickness and to knock sickness out. Clove oil is another one to look into the benefits, as well as cinnamon and frankincense. Those are my go-tos. And DoTerra brand sources them best so they're more expensive but definitely top grade!

Hello! I take calcium for my bones Citracal wth D3 says 25 mcg. I’m 18 years post hysterectomy. Last year and this year I’m struggling with the shorter days. I just feel so sleepy once sun goes down. Do you think more D3 would help? I notice no K in it.

from everything I've heard about vitamin D3, it's basically impossible to take too much of it, we're all seriously depleted and the "daily recommended dose" is merely the dose that prevents rickets. but vitamin D is used so much by the body, and immune system, that you can take 100 times the recommended dose, and be fine. the only cases ever where someone overdid vit D, is when they had some additional issue, or they took mg instead of μg, so, odds of you taking to much by taking two different supplements, basically nil
