- It's never just a "service". There's always something else wrong, but luckily I was prepared with parts and got things sorted.

Happy Diwali brother. Hope you had a good one with family.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Amazing

You’re lucky the wonderful Isar sometimes grenades it’s pcb when you turn the power off, just like the old glow worm “flexiBOMB” 😂 top work mate as always
Ah I know mate I was dreading that!
I do notice with ideal that their flue turret seals degrade quite quick I’ve changed dozens of them! When taking my air sample been getting high CO. Good video man
Thanks man 👊🏾
Great video. You taught me a few things today. Thanks 👍
Nice one 👌🏾
Nice video! 👌🏻
I never understood why the burner seals are porous on the ideals, when I spoke to the ideal tec, he told me you can have up to 50ppm, probably why the sumps always crack! 😆
Same here mate, makes no sense!
Yeah I’ve heard the same seems a bit odd that a “room sealed” appliance is allowed to give off PPM in the casing 🤷♂️
Vokera unica’s always seem to leak out fumes from the burner seal area. I have replaced loads of heat exchangers with all new seals and electrode gaskets etc. and I couldn’t get my head around it. Shit boilers. I’ve never had any of the burners go on ideal logics but good to know for future incase. Always have a sump in the van tho 😂 every time!
@@kieranlimbert95 haha yeah man I'm always gearing up when I'm about to take the case off a logic 🤣
@@cputilitysolutionsapparently according to ideal it’s to cut the NOX levels down….
New Subscriber, Excellent diagnosis
Thanks and welcome to the channel!
I've heard 3-ports on Worcester RI's wreak havoc, just like the Baxi heat only's!
Ah didn't know they affect Worcesters too!
Great knowledge CP...
Loving the content
Thanks mate 👊🏾
The ribbing on that Worcester heat exchanger is usually a sign it’s needing replaced. What was the gas rate on it out of curiosity?
Yup, been running dry. Can't remember the exact figure but it would have been within the limits
@@cputilitysolutions ah so them running dry can also cause this? Every day is a school day. Keep up the good work man. It’s a tough game at times and you show it all, good and bad.

Few i have picked up some PPM around the seals, how come if there porious they leak?
Is it completely necessary to change the burner just cause the weld has failed. If it's not causing any issues
Ideal have said yes as it can affect combustion
@@cputilitysolutions good to know. Keep up the good work 👍
@@Zaine22 cheers mate 👍🏾
Was the fan pressure test ok 😂 shittish gas used to get us to clean the hex before adjusting gas valve.
Yup that was within the tolerances
Proper
