  • I visit Mr David Courtney's legendary home Camelot Castle and have a look around his garden. I also visit The Royal Oak pub which is round the corner from his beloved Charlton Football Club.
Huge thanks to Dodge Woodall for allowing use of his audio content at the beginning of the video.

Met Dave a couple of times, first time was 21 years ago, while he was out and about in Chatham Kent, he had his knuckle duster with him, he gave it to me to try on, it was solid gold with some diamonds in and a few were missing. Always had time to speak to people, strangers coming up to him like myself, chat and laugh about. I later read his books, first one was funny with some great stories, so I read all the others, a great read too! He was good man to many people, hear some bad stories about him, but he was a genuine nice funny bloke and that’s how I’ll remember him.

Wow you actually tried on Dave's knuckle duster that's absolutely amazing that's on par with scoring the winner in the world Cup or being the first man on the moon becoming heavyweight champion of the world. You absolute freak

Hello, I'm thinking of starting a channel about "interesting deaths." I will never steal your content. Would setting up such a channel cause you to copyright me? I would appreciate your answer.

No it wouldn’t, as long as it’s your own content. Good luck with your channel and maybe we can do something in the future.
