감사합니다! P bass가 필요해서 샀는데 PJ가 굉장히 재미있는 소리가나네요ㅎㅎ 요즘 자주 들고나가는 중이에요^^
What's the deal with string height? I had the Ultra Jazz Bass Texas Tea. Due to the massive bridge, it turned out to set only a fairly high string height (about 2 mm). This is a little high for me; on my other basses the string height is about 1.5 mm. And in general, this bass was very poorly assembled: rough frets, the first fret marker came out, the metal inscription on the headstock became bubbles. In the end, I got rid of this bass - the worst Fender I ever owned. I have Am Orig 70 Jazz - it's perfect.
Wow sorry about that you had a bad experience. I agree with you, I set all the way down. However, I try to get use to it because it's a P bass. I like it now medium string height. For this Ultra P, assembled great. Just I don't know why they made it difficult to adjust the neck from the Elite. I've owned AVRI 74 when I used to play with Tommy Walker! I'm thinking getting the new Am Vintage 66' jazz
@@Peterkleemusic On the Elite series, the neck adjustment was made very convenient. I don’t understand why on the Ultra they did it again the way it was on the Deluxe - it’s very inconvenient to get there with a hex key. For P-bass, the height of the strings is normal, for Jazz it is too high. On my P-bass (Am Pro II Precision 5 string) I also set the string height to medium.
