No comments only RESPECT for B.Ferry and his band💞🇬🇷
no one sings Mister Dylans songs with so much sophistication ...
That must be the best cover ever! Bless you Bryan, you were my guiding star in the 70s and the 80s!
Ferry always has the best of singers and musicians.
How can anyone not love Bryan Ferry ? So cool. So much class. Oh that Roxy music !
What a great cover of a classic Dylan song. Bryan Ferry is such a great singer and interpreter of great songs.
Pure genius Bryan Ferry. Anyone who met him in real life, I envy you. Hard rain is gonna fall! Hackney E5
Uk 🇬🇧
You simply don't know what is better - watch them or listen to them!
Those background singers rock ...good performance
Mandy on violin, great musician.. I like it very much
Just style and taste . I just adore him now and in 1973 💕
I was too young in the 70s to appreciate what a class act bryan ferry was, but by 1980 it was very evident ..the guy is cooler than the other side of the pillow.
Those backing singers are great.
Unique B.F ~ Every single cover he's made is a masterpiece, you can't say that for anyone else
So true one of a very very few.
Bowie did Pinups, also a masterpiece An album full of covers.
Every intelligent musiclover/ fanatic ends up with Dylan.
Even Bryan Ferry
Best coverer of this great song. ❤
Ferry gives this Dylan classic a nervous, neurotic urgency that is hard to match. Coming from the king of cool, that’s novel.
Brya Ferry hes the man a voice as smooth as silk
Roxy boys pure Genius. Hackney E8 UK 🇬🇧 ❤
Bryan ferry is perfect !!!
Amazing 👏 🤩 🙀
Check out the 1977 performance of this, it'll make you explode, the man and his band at their total peak, it doesn't get much better than this.
I actually prefer this one. Bryan Ferry and his collaborators have become much more refined over the years, and for me his mature years are his best
Love this song
I think that * A Hard Rain ´s A-Gonna Fall * is the best of Brayan Ferry's Dylan cover tunes. ーーーーーーha*ha*ha*hard rain 's ♪♪♪♪ i like.

Still stylin' Mr. Ferry
love the Bryan Ferry version of this song
He was the onlyone, who can do tjis song in that way !! It was awesome when it came out and it is still a great Performance !
I've heard about this guy for years but never really listened to his music. I guess it took me a few Dylan covers to convince me that Bryan ferry is a terrific musician and singer. In my mind, he's like a cross between Ray Davies and Tom Jones, with a little Elvis Costello thrown in.
This is what happens when talented people come together and make meaningful contributions, you get real music. The people that produce what these days is being passed off as music should take note and stop torturing us with their crap.
As always, Bryan Ferry, super best
I love Bryan Ferry and nothing is wrong with this.
the coolest man ever

Oh, where have you been, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, where have you been, my darling young one?
I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I've crawled on six crooked highways
I've stepped in the middle of seven sad forests
I've been out in front of a dozen dead oceans
I've been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard
And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, and it's a hard
And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall
Oh, what did you see, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, what did you see, my darling young one?
I saw a newborn baby with wild wolves all around it
I saw a highway of diamonds with nobody on it
I saw a black branch with blood that kept drippin'
I saw a room full of men with their hammers a-bleedin'
I saw a white ladder all covered with water
I saw ten thousand talkers whose tongues were all broken
I saw guns and sharp swords in the hands of young children
And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard
And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall
And what did you hear, my blue-eyed son?
And what did you hear, my darling young one?
I heard the sound of a thunder, it roared out a warnin'
Heard the roar of a wave that could drown the whole world
Heard one person starve, I heard many people laughin'
Heard the song of a poet who died in the gutter
Heard the sound of a clown who cried in the alley
And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard
And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall
Oh, who did you meet, my blue-eyed son?
Who did you meet, my darling young one?
I met a young child beside a dead pony
I met a white man who walked a black dog
I met a young woman whose body was burning
I met a young girl, she gave me a rainbow
I met one man who was wounded in love
I met another man who was wounded with hatred
And it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard
It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall
Oh, what'll you do now, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, what'll you do now, my darling young one?
I'm a-goin' back out 'fore the rain starts a-fallin'
I'll walk to the depths of the deepest black forest
Where the people are many and their hands are all empty
Where the pellets of poison are flooding their waters
Where the home in the valley meets the damp dirty prison
Where the executioner's face is always well-hidden
Where hunger is ugly, where souls are forgotten
Where black is the color, where none is the number
And I'll tell it and think it and speak it and breathe it
And reflect it from the mountain so all souls can see it
Then I'll stand on the ocean until I start sinkin'
But I'll know my song well before I start singin'
And it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard
It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall

Thank you for posting...this is an utterly brilliant performance from the ultimate king of cool
... very good, cool ... 🙌🌤️🙏
I heard this version from Bryan Ferry in Oslo on roxy music first tour 72-73!
Definition of cool
His voice hasn't changed a bit in 30 years. How's that possible?
Always liked roxie music aka brian ferry. One of the groups I didn't turn over the station.
❤❤❤❤❤
I do wonder if this is not Bob Dylan? Never seen them together. He sure could do a Dylan song that I never thought would be lounge lizard style. 1977 all over again.
Bryan Ferri nagy kedvenc.
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Brian your our mate.
Das ist musice
💌
I'd like to sing in the background :-)
💘
Reminds of the old seventies version with my gal. Played bryan's version then and this one. Still hot.
phew,class.
Lovely 1:27
one of my favourite Dylan songs.A good rhythmn to this but it rather takes away the power of the message of the song
Bobby would forgive him !
You think this is good, which it obviously is. You should see him and his group in the 1970's. So cool.
A former girlfriend called me Brian once. I let her off just the once. She was obsessed with Ferry.
Brilliant performance but the backup singer on our left has not understood the song. It is not one to be smiling about,
Correct. Nothin wrong with this. Chill.
Only Dylan can do Dylan, it loses something when other artists try to sing his songs. The heart comes from Dylan .
No far from the truth. Dylan is probably the most covered artist in his era. Many have added immense impact to Dylan's music, others not so much, but Dylan is just a great performer so he is hard to compete with. When Dylan sings other folkier songs, he sometimes stole that for himself. Johnny Cash was great on Dylan and I think Dylan would damn well agree. George Harrison if not for you? Sheryl Crow Missippi? Nina Simone The Ballad of Hollis Brown? TRACY CHAMP TIMES THEY ARE A CHANGIN brought down the house the city & the world. Hendrix Watchtower Richie Havens Just like a Woman, Flatt & Scruggs It Aint Me Babe and Greg Brown Pledgin my Time ooh yea
