Someone who promotes the need to get out of our own, and the therapists, way and let the body do what the body needs to do, is a REAL teacher and practitioner.
    A very wise individual.

    Hi David ♡
So I have tried 3 times the TRE: 1st time no-thing... 2nd time I did 3x more tiring exercises and I finally got a slight plaisant tremor I stayed there on and off for 30 minutes I felt so peaceful since then, my year long anxiety was gone ... and felt happy for no reason for the 1st time in a long time 💌 today I did the 3rd time where i got more important tremors i stayed in there around 30 to 45 minuts on and off i felt blissful by the end of it and so much more positive about life and the future seems bright 😸🦄🐬🐋🐳 the thing is I have severe ptsd from childhood traumas and I ve tried to heal myself for over a decade I became a yoga teacher on the way and I ve been searching for a miracle as the doom and gloom was getting worse with time even with daily meditation, asanas and pranayam.
Is it ok to do the tremors every 2 days lasting 30 to 45 minutes on and off as in resting in between letting it integrate and start again ?
Blessings Sir Berceli, you are a genius thank you for your intelligence and clever research for helping humans feel better 💘💕

I am happy to hear these clarifications & reviews of what I have learned at Advanced sessions. Not all TRE Providers have professional backgrounds, so they may relay more heavily on a 123 approach. Not everyone can get to these sessions, so these videos are essential *** ( In the Module 1 & 2 I imagine there is emphasis on who should see what types of clients.)
I met the Trainer of TRE Trainers who was speaking with David. I too cannot recall his name.
Dear David, a different color background would be more uplifting. I did feel uplifted by your words. Best regards, Jude Driscoll Retired PEI Canada Occupational Therapist & TRE Provider for ~8 years. Attendee of 4 Advanced TRE 3-5 day Summits or Trainings.

Any idea where to find actual instructions for this technique. Been looking on and off for years. Would like to try this some time. I have dysfunction in my pelvis and has cause 15 years of chronic pain. I healed the issue by at leat 95% but would like a complete healing. Dont know why this stupid technique has to be such a huge secret. Billions of people need this!

I've done TRE exercises three times in a row yesterday.. first two days I 've done TRE 1 once a day.. Let me tell you I am doing this on my own, with no professional in TRE. I done 7 exercises that I found on the internet - the same steps. First day I slept from 6PM until 1 AM, than I was woken up because my hands were tremoring in the middle of the night and I got scared.. (when I was conscious on the first day, there were no tremoring in hands at all, just zig zag tremoring in legs and pelvic, stomach area..) the second day I felt strong tremoring in pelvic area, as I was raped, I think we had some release there. The tremoring was zig zag at first, but than up and down). The third day I had strong release and I felt whole, very grounded. The tremoring was zig zag at first, than strong up and down, it was like my uterus was possessed. My first three chakras were balanced. And than of course I had to ruin the feeling.. because when I was watching televison and I had knees up.. I felt tremoring and I allowed that for two times, not knowing I could overstimulate the nervous system.. first I felt grounded, the second and third time I overdoit.. I couldn't sleep all night, my nervous system was clearly overactive- I couldn't close my eyes, I had panic attack.. I couldn't catch a breath..I am still shaking..Now I am afraid to proceed. While people doing those videos on internet it should be clearly stated that you can overdo the system. I am very eager to learn more about TRE. I hope @davidbercelli gives me guidance over my exeperience.. I will order his book, I made a mistake I didn't gather all the information at first, when I started doing the exercises. TRE for me is an amazing tool, as I know I released something, but not everything.. I would really like to heal myself. Thank you for sharing the knowledge.

I remeber watching a webinar with David Berceli, and there he said it's best to start doing TRE about 3 times a week at the beginning. The length of shaking no longer than 15-20 minutes. Then after few weeks one can do it daily, and the length is of individual preference and need.
He said it's possible to overdo it, comparing it to the situation if you e.g. had a deep tissue massage - it feels great and is great, but in you'd do it daily for a week, then it would exactly overstimulate the nervous system. Same with TRE, at least if one's just beginning with it. Then when one is more used to the sensation and the nervous system is more adapt in using the tremor mechanism, and the person knows how to self-regulate, it's fine to do it daily.

I realize that one can't always advise online but how would one do tremors while in a leg cast after surgery? I get the tremors without exercises so that's not an issue but going in for surgery in a couple weeks and my NY resolution is to do more but way shorter tremor sessions.

Yesterday I tried for the first time.. just after watching few videos on internet. Within few minutes tremors begin from calves and began moving from thighs to pelvic to stomach and than shoulders and my right hand began shaking terribly.. my whole body was throwing itself intensely. My pelvic area was throbbing itself up and down strongly. Whatever tension or trauma i was holding.. showed itself strongly as tremors were so strong i felt dizzy. It lasted almost for 30 min my body was so tired in between that it took rest in between before every massive tremors... naturally! Today I'm feeling so good 👍🏼.. words can't describe it.
Just one question.. CAN I DO IT DAILY? OR I SHOULD DO IT IN ALTERNATE DAYS?

Hello David, I’m. Not sue if you are monitoring these comments?
I have done the in the past a hand full of times and always felt better afterwards.
This week I have done it twice, 3 days apart and both times the following day i have been very disconnected and ungrounded. I shake for about 5-10 mins. Is this to long? Any other advise you could offer?
    Thank you from Australia

I think Dr. Berceli is speaking about focusing on the subjective experience each time with patients. The other guy is doing a critique which amounts to a pretty arrogant restatement of David's clear directions in rather simplistic English. Sadly, typical of my experience of certain European health "experts". He is trying to co-opt David's unique insight that he couldn't create on his own. Envy, pure and simple.

You can stress & strain the nervous system & body.. I did 3 mins on my own at home and I've woken up with strained shoulder! So have cancelled my day to rest. I got really intense release last night, but intense has been my issue & why I'm in this mess, so learnt less can be more and even some gentle shaking can discharge & release a lot, lots of past trauma came up, didn't realise it was trauma till last night, so been integrating stuff all night. So please go gentle

"How much time should be spent doing movements is a question often asked by those about to begin doing movements. Obviously, a minute a day is not going to get one far. A minimum of fifteen minutes a day, for starters, not necessarily every day, is better. The maximum (which can be counted in daily hours) is - as much as you can do.. The more you do, the quicker you’re done. However, it would seem that the movements themselves, along with the varying will to do them, will set an everchanging schedule." - David Kozubei "Movements - A Deep Do-It-Yourself Therapy"
