I can remember when you could purchase a three family home in Boston for $20'000. When Condos came on the scene in the early 80's, you could purchase a condo for about 50,000 dollars! Wow how times and prices have changed! I left Boston decades ago and it was a wise move!

Weather sounds a lot like Colorado.
You guys get a lot more sun, but probably more wind along the front range and plains. Definitely more snow in the rockies than Massachusetts.
The price and stupid liberal policy.....weather doesn't help.
