Careful doing the leg press , extending your legs straight all the way can lead to leg injuries. Keep a slight bend in the legs when you press back to keep the legs and glutes activated

What you did with your oil scalp treatment before the gym is exactly what I do. And honestly since our body temp goes up while we workout, the heat on our scalp helps penetrate it more and it's so soothing :)
