When i use a 4 crochet hook my crochet is always slack would i be able to use a 3.5 hook when i do this project? By the way fantastic jumper you are a great teacher your work is amazing.

Hi! Just leave the sleeves off any sweater pattern for a vest option. I would go around the sleeves with single crochets once or twice.

You can definitely try, I would stick to 4mm for the chain and neckline though
