Bi men generally approach women differently to straight men. It's a generalisation of course, but then all of these people used generalisations to try deduce. There are some things you can pick up from this question that gives insight. For e.g. the way the straight guy at the end tried to approach her made it obvious he was straight.
Bisexual men have a different energy than straight men, even when it comes to dating women

Yeah for some reason the guy in the hoodie felt bi to me. Like he screamed it for me. It had to do with how he responded and I am used to reading between the lines that seemed pretty open. As someone with Ulcerative Colitis (pretty much Crohn’s if that’s familiar) I kinda assumed he had some sort of IBD or IBS situation going on.
