I still love weight training and alternating between the total gym and classic gym workouts. I'm also using the total gym as a incline bench. I have to say , I've introduce d my son to the total gym and he's loving it 😁
I haven't tried those. One of benefits of PBs is that weight feels centralized which is great for presses and pulls but not so good with the block design for things like regular curls. My wife doesn't like them and prefers the smaller adjustable dumbbells we got.

Awesome to hear. My nephews have been using my gr8flex and have also been sticking with it.
I'm addicted to your videos! They are great! One question I always have is how small is that room?
I have a Titan dumbbell rack but mine is spaced apart so you can stand in between the dumbbells when lifting them.
nice, I could see that being really useful.
I want to buy this to store my nuobells on and 2in 45s at the bottom. Is there enough space for them and can they hold the weight on the pins
I can't comment on if it will hold the nuobells specifically, but there's definitely plenty of space for both dumbbells and plates.
No need for a bench with the total gym.
Would my Ivanko round dumbbells fit on this stand?
They should, but I honestly can't say for sure.
Have you tried the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells? Wondering your thoughts on those vs power blocks.
