- After about 6 years of wanting one of these guitars I finally caved in! This has been a dream guitar of mine for so long and as you can probably tell i'm such a huge Meshuggah fan I just couldn't imagine not owning one. I wrote this short song to showcase the guitar. This is by far my favourite 8 string on the market, unfortunately i'm inflicted with a terrible disease known as Left handedness, so i'll never know the joy

This is why I'd always tell a beginner to play right handed guitars regardless which hand is their dominant one. I remain unconvinced that a righty playing a right handed axe or lefty playing a left handed gives you and advantage/helps you learn faster.
@@Chugz-n-HugzI literally just cranked the gain on the amp and played that really dissonant chord! I might make a video on how I make tones though, If enough people are interested!

What made you go for this guitar over the M80M?
I’ve never tried the M80 but I just loved the look of this one, I’m really into Thunderbird basses so it made sense for me

Have you found any serious issue with FTM33?
The only issues I've noticed so far is that the paint will chip really easily, and getting an 80 Gauge string through the tuning peg is a nightmare, but other than that it's spot on!
@@poltergeistproduction I would say chiping makes it more bad ass :)) for strings I had a same problem with M80M, I ordered one already, cannot wait to finally play with this one. It's like a knife in the mix, makes the mix feel pointy on the snares. If you got a chance play with a Schecter Damien Platinum 9, it has a gaugy look which I am not a fan of but its scale lengh is 30! I don't think there is any other guitar longer than that in the market!
