Alec. I use my 60D camera with the Zoom program. I have Webcam Utility 1.1 installed. I have not been able to remove the side black bars to get a full image on screen. You can help. Thanks
I had that issue in the past before... Like you I was using the Eos Webcam Utility with my 60D. What actually solved it for me was also installing the Eos Camera Utility - this allows you to change your camera settings from your desktop (a helpful app in itself). However I did not actually change any settings, it just allowed me to pick my 60D from the camear list instead of the Eos Camera utility and the black bars were gone.
