I would get a large bucket, and a large butterfly type net. Fish those wipes out with net, place it on bucket, let them drain into bucket below. Then put them in trash bag for customer to dispose of. Teach them a lesson, plus you’re not having to try to push those wipes all the way down the drain line. That’s what I would do.
But great job, as usual! I do enjoy the longer videos. Bravo, from Ohio USA.

Well bless your heart, you stuck with it until you got it! 👍🏻 After this one, you deserve a treat of some sort, it is well-earned! For s couple of years now, I have been telling my sister not to flush her wet wipes. Even showed her a video of what happens when she flushed them but she will not listen. So far they haven't messed her septic system up by clogging it but hey, I give up!

Maybe in the future wear a mask when jetting the drain walls? Especially when there is still residue from all the "organic" backup all over the everything. I'm just thinking about how much of that gets released as an aerosol out into the air. And your commitment to ensuring the quality of your work speaks very well of you.

    I live in the States.
Two years back when we moved into our home, we had problems with blocked drains and toilets.
Called the plumber in and guess what caused the problem?
    Yep. Wet wipes.
On the packaging for the wipes it says that the wipes are flushable. They aren't and I wish they would stop advertising that.
The plumber said the only thing that should be going in the toilets are waste and toilet paper.
    Nothing else.
It was an expensive lesson to learn.
