Great commitment in getting it unblocked, the interceptor did still seem like it was blocked a little but I'm not an expert like yourself so I bow to your judgement
I would get a large bucket, and a large butterfly type net. Fish those wipes out with net, place it on bucket, let them drain into bucket below. Then put them in trash bag for customer to dispose of. Teach them a lesson, plus you’re not having to try to push those wipes all the way down the drain line. That’s what I would do. But great job, as usual! I do enjoy the longer videos. Bravo, from Ohio USA.
Well bless your heart, you stuck with it until you got it! 👍🏻 After this one, you deserve a treat of some sort, it is well-earned! For s couple of years now, I have been telling my sister not to flush her wet wipes. Even showed her a video of what happens when she flushed them but she will not listen. So far they haven't messed her septic system up by clogging it but hey, I give up!
Im surprised you didnt notice that the soapy water you flushed through from the back didnt appear at the front. Wet wipes caught on lime you got there in the end
That was an epic unblock 😂 good on ya for getting in the manhole for them bits of root 👍 I think it won’t be long until it’s blocked up again 🤔 wipes, scale , roots, rats 🐀
Great job ,trying to push everything through ,but l recommend getting something to put over your boots ,like disposable shoes like the hospital have ,l would be quite upset if you went through my house with dirty boots 👢
Maybe in the future wear a mask when jetting the drain walls? Especially when there is still residue from all the "organic" backup all over the everything. I'm just thinking about how much of that gets released as an aerosol out into the air. And your commitment to ensuring the quality of your work speaks very well of you.
Why not remove the tree stones before fitting manhole like getting and air tight seal. Was a very good second clean clearing blockage . Overall a good tidy clean
I live in the States. Two years back when we moved into our home, we had problems with blocked drains and toilets. Called the plumber in and guess what caused the problem? Yep. Wet wipes. On the packaging for the wipes it says that the wipes are flushable. They aren't and I wish they would stop advertising that. The plumber said the only thing that should be going in the toilets are waste and toilet paper. Nothing else. It was an expensive lesson to learn.

@Swipe650 In answer to your question...women aren't the only ones who use wet wipes, men use them also. Not only that, women are more cleaner than men are, hence, women use them far more than men do. Men will use the bathroom, flush the toilet, come straight out of the bathroom and NEVER wash their hands!!! 😲😳

Thank you, Will take on board what you say, always open to positive comments.
A decent jetter nozzle will shred them to disintegration or yes, manually pull them out
This was definitely a job! Looked more like a septic system with that crust, good job!
Thank you
I’m glad you told the customer about the wipes, etc. 👍🏼
Good job,
Thank you

Wow, that was a tough one! Nice job
It was, Thank you
You do a wonderful job 👍
Thank you
Love your drain cleaning lance that does an excellent job of cleaning manholes
Cheers steve
A Lance! Love it. He is a knight in shining armour for his customers, after all
Where do you think the roots came from as the drain runs under the house?
That's the front Drain, roots growing through Interceptor from Tree on pavement

I asked the customer first if it was ok, she put a mat by the front door to wipe my feet.
Be rather impractical all the overshoes he would’ve needed!
If you don't put things down the toilet that shouldn't go down there you should be fine
Excellent !!!!!!!!!
Thank you Brian

Noted, Thanks
Probably should every time you go to the bathroom to 😆 especially with the added toilet paper lint. Good grief.
I hope you show the owners the video. They should be made to watch
Some people don't have the stomach for this, others love watching.
Good job of u doing it

Your Plumber is 100% correct, nothing more than 2 ply tissue, and bodily waste, nothing else.
You battle with this one.😊
26 minutes in and I'm shouting "Use a Reverse head on your hose" pull it out, over flush it.
I always use 1 forward 3 reverse

@@carolrice2063 Main hose 1/8, jetting hose 1/4 The reason for using 1/4inch on jetting is that 1/8 would be too heavy.
We had to pay $500 to get the septic tank vacuumed out after flushing wet wipes...we started just throwing them in the trash can after that.
Good option

More water would help. I do realize the homes are very old, but good sanitation is essential
West London is very bad for low water pressure, you lucky to flush the toilet in 1 flush
First time watching and wondering why I am watching human sh!t get blocked lol

I feel for you, when you get jobs like this that can be fully preventable, if people dont flush wet wipes etc.
Agree, but keeps us drain guys in work
OMGG,, please take your boots off when walking through someone's house..
It was not a problem, I always ask first. Most houses were I live do not have side access
