Now salary Rs.21000 limit enhanced to cover more employees.

I run an IT Services company, registered in Delhi. We are 10 employees and 2 directors working full time. Few quick questions I have
1. Do we need to register for it? Is it only for factories and other manufacturing companies or also for IT Companies?
2. We have 1 employee less tha 21k. Is there any minimum wage law? If yes, what is that.

Employee paid to ESI 2-3 years and after that his salary is increased above Rs. 21000, what is the use of ESI ?? employee will get back that money which paid 2-3 years to ESI ?

अगर किसी कर्मचारी की पहले ग्रास वेतन मई महीने मैं 20500 है और अगस्त मैं उसकी वेतन 22000 हो जाता है तब ESI की व्यवस्था कैसे की जाए ।
