I know this post is 2yrs old but when I tell you this made life so easy for me. Much gratitude.
I was thinking about using a jack and lifting that sucker up in the back from underneath. lolI think your idea's better. I'll go with the ratchet straps instead. Thanks for the tip, Mark!
Yes, remove the dog bones and crank it forward :-)
