Do you use normal paper ? I recently got the same copic markers but i use normal paper for drawing and sometimes its like the paper sucks in to much of the color.
Please excuse if there are any mistakes at my english writing.

Ultimate Saiyan no, copics will bleed and not blend in normal paper i recommend using bristol board or mix media for copics
