Thank you for a very enjoyable episode. Loved your patriotic finish parade ... lots of inspiration. And the Stacy Nash PINKEEP is spectacular and a super finish.
I have several of Stacy’s pinkeep patterns but haven’t stitched one yet, so can’t name a favorite. They’re all so cute! I always enjoy your videos, Celeste. Thanks for sharing your stitching and quilting adventures with us.❤
What a wonderful video!!!❤ Your finishes are fabulous! I love your creative style! Your son’s quilt is going to be awesome! I could not get it done in 3 months! Kudos to you! Happy stitching. ❤ My favorite Stacy Nash pinkeep is the Chicken Coop you are stitching now. I have loved the Butternut House since I’ve seen on your and Olivia’s, Pumpkin Hollow Quilts, flosstube. I drool every time. LOL
The pinkeep is amazing...I made one for a friend that has cancer and she put is in her sewing box and takes it with her when she has her treatment....I was so honored, that she loved it that much...thanks for sharing....amazing Quilt foe your Son, wow on the pieces of those blocks....my eyes dropped on how many... ..I would be maker everything....can't wait to see your progress...take care and have a wonderful 4th..
Always enjoy your Flosstubes. I am mainly a quilter so I enjoy seeing what the quilt projects you are working on. I was so surprised when you showed the elephant creamer. I own one just like it. Different and cute. Enjoy making the cowboy quilt. Looking forward to seeing the finished quilt. Miriam
Wow, such a great video of finishes and beautiful stitching. I can’t thank you enough for showing this. It truly inspired me to get going on some of mine that I have that are just sitting around and have been for a long time. Thanks again Celeste have a great fourth and enjoy your family.🎉♥️🤍💙
I really enjoyed this floss tube. Your antique haul is great. I have a few Biscornu that I have made and I love making those. I would like to make a Pinkeep. Anxious to see the finished graduation quilt. God Bless.
I really enjoy your videos! So many beautiful projects and your finishing is amazing! I also stitched Salute To Abigail and Bless Our Land. It's always fun to see what other stitchers do with their finishes. Thank you for doing your videos!
Wonderful WIP parade! Your son's quilt will be gorgeous also. Wow, Stacy Nash's PINKEEP is a whopper....so pretty! I have never done a pinkies or pillow yet. Cross-stitching sure has changed since I started in the early 90's!
Celeste, a lovely video. Thank you. I am happy to know your children enjoy your crafting talents. I made a pinkeep from a wool kit I purchased at a quilt fair. I really like it.
I get so excited every time I see you have a new Flosstube! My favorite pinkeep that I have made is from a stitch my daughter did. She’s finally decided to join in the fun, but she’s not ready to do her own finishes. I never thought she would take up any needle craft, so this one is special. It says “Love” because she says I taught her how to love.
Thanks for another fun video! I love all of your stitching and the quilt for your son. I would love to stitch the pinkeep - it would be my first from Stacy Nash!❤❤❤
Hi Celeste! I really enjoyed seeing all the things you showed today😊. Your finishes are so nice. I agree...those little "pinkeeps" are more like pillows 😂. Your son's quilt is going to look so nice! Can't wait to see it finished. Have a great couple of weeks.
I love the pinkeep and have had it on my wish list for a long time. My favorite pinkeep is a tiny chicken made of wool that I keep in my sewing box by my chair where I work. I totally enjoyed your visit today. Your finishes are inspirational and encourage me to finish more.
I have not made a Stacey Nash pin keep. I have made a couple from the Brenda Gervais Keeper of the Pins pattern booklet. And I love the one with the tomatoes stacked on the spool of thread. Enjoy your two weeks. I love your finishes. Thanks for sharing your time and talent.
I have a few pieces of rosemaling, they are truly beautiful! I am of Scandinavian descent and my Mom was a big fan of the art. I don’t think I have pinkeep, but I have made many small pillows. I too did Bless our Land, I love stitching Plum Street. Your inspiration of the quilt and stitch are amazing.
Wow - you have been so busy and I love to see your quilts!! Thank you so much for mentioning my FT Celeste - I can't believe how kind you are and I am very grateful :) I love a pinkeep finish and my favourite right now is Stacy Nash's Tulip Fields!! Happy stitching x
I have not bought a pinkeep yet last year had my eye on the Chicken Coop pinkeep, your finish is beautiful. The Quilt you are doing is gorgeous I am so excited for you and can not wait to see. Hope you and your family have a blessed day.
I’ve never made a pinkeep but want to do one sometime soon. Right now I’m using an older red tomato which I’ve had for years but it be fun to try something new. Thank you for sharing your lovely stitching. I enjoy seeing what everyone is working on…I especially love your patriotic stitches that you gather to display in your front hall. 🥰
How nice hearing about the changes in your life with your children. Mine are all grown now with children of their own so we have a whole different relationship but it's still nice. I love how you used one simple button to embellish your Strawberry Thief pillow. I think I'll have to steal that idea. 😉How nice to hear you talking about Shawnee Pottery. My mom had a big collection of it and it was always so fun to visit the antique shops to see if she would find another treasure. I have a few pieces myself that I love such as the little Dutch boy and girl next to a wishing well. Anyway, so glad you found a treasure. I've never stitched any Stacy Nash pinkeep I'm sad to say but she's been on my radar this year. Of the pin keeps I do have I think my favorite is PinkerPunkin Pumpkin Blossom Inn. I really love it and want to make more. Thanks for this wonderful video. It was truly enjoyable and it's nice to see you so happy. Take good care and enjoy your July stitching.
Enjoyed your visit, as always. Good luck with finishing Amelia Jane Chandler, she hangs on my wall in my stitching corner and I just love her. I’m not a quilter but your son’s graduation quilt looks fun and I can’t wait to see it finished. See you soon.
I always get excited when your videos pop up. Thank you for taking the time to make them! Beautiful finish on Butternut House! I have only made one pinkeep and it is called Autumn Gratitude. It is a needlecase with a pinkeep inside. I took a class for it and it came out really nice. Love the animal blocks, I have both of her Farm Girl books 😊
Hi Celeste I love your videos and not just your stitching and quilting but hearing about your family as well. Thank you I’m sure a lot of work goes into these. Take care and happy stitching!
Oh how I love you flosstubes!!! I loved the quilting info you shared today. I am so far just a quilting supplies collector so all the quilting you show is heaven to my ears! I'm excited about the charm pack video you will do for a project bag!!! Happy 4th!!!
Hi Celeste! Enjoyed seeing your patriotic finishes! How wonderful to plan a quilt with your son-all the more meaningful for you both to have him so engaged in the process. Priceless! Also I want one of those baby chick creamers-that is to cute and a great find!
I very much enjoyed your video and seeing all the beautiful projects you showed. Your finishes are always amazing. Thank you so much for another great video and for all the inspiration.
My stitch area looks like Who did it and ran busy with grandkids while they are out and about , your gonna keep me company and catch me up As I missed two of your episodes
I have made several pinkeeps. My favorite ones are by Brenda Gervais, Plum Street Samplers and Stacy Nash. I love Goat Load (I had goats when I was young.), Spring Bouquet by With thy Needle and Thread, and the Pig pinkeep by Stacy Nash. Enjoy your videos very much.
Nice to see you again! My favorite pinkeep is a little Prairie Schooler mini chart - a little porcupine that says “Stick it here” - and it really is a pinkeep that I stick pins and needles in - unlike the Stacy Nash Rose Cottage “Pinkeep” which I framed and have hanging on my sampler wall. Blessings to you!
Love all your beautiful patriotic stitches! I only have Plum Street Samplers Summer Saltboxes as my patriotic stitching so far. But I have many plans for the future. I love a big pinkeep and I cannot lie… Butternut (squash) House is amazing. Carol in Plano
I have finally had some time to catch up on your flosstube. Love your finish - so beautiful. I have Jane Cowey all kitted and lined up to be started in August. I cannot wait to get started on her, I love the colours. Thank you so much for the mention on your channel. I love the grey fabric that you have chosen to do the 12 stockings of Christmas on. Happy stitching, Nerissa
The Butternut House piece is wonderful. I love your finish! I also love the patriotic piece you showed last in the silver tray. So beautiful. So wish I had your finishing vision. I have never made a Pinkeep.
I had not heard them called pinkeeps until Flosstube. We call them pin cushions, and my favorite is 4 Chinese people holding hands around a circle, an antique of my mother's. I'm so glad I inherited it. Your projects are beautiful! I can't remember words when I need them, either. It's funny how we know but don't know! Lol.😅
Oh my goodness, your son has turned into an Aggie! I understand though because I went to Mississippi State. His quilt is going to be perfect and he'll treasure it. That Stacy Nash Deck the Coop pinkeep is one of my favorites since I used to raise chickens. The one I have though is her Spring Basket Pinkeep which has a hen, chicks, and a bunny. Are you going to make the full size Among Friends quilt? I have so many scraps, I'd like to make it too, but probably as a throw size. I'm so excited to know about the wonderful quilt shop nearby. I'll be moving to south Houston in December. I could definitely use your prayers. I'll be moving from a house in the country to an apartment and will have to rehome my dog who I absolutely adore. He's half Great Pyrenees and way to big for an apartment. So as excited as I am to be close to my daughter and her family, I'm also terrifically depressed and despondent about having to give up my dog. He'll be 7 in December and has always been a one person dog and my constant companion, He'd probably adjust to being with a family, but I don't know about sharing their love with another dog. I'd appreciate it so much if you could spread the word and see if we can find Cai a new home. There's a picture of him on my Instagram feed from last summer (same name - @afreespirit1) so you can see just how big he is!
I loved seeing all of your patriotic stitches. Very inspired to start some of my own that are in my stash. I would love to give the Stacy Nash pinkeep a new home. I have never made one before and love how you tweaked the pattern. Happy 4th of July to you and your family.
Celeste, this is the first time I have watched one of your flosstubes, but it will not be the last! I loved the visit with you! Do you live in Houston? My husband and I grew up there years and years ago. We now live outside Lampasas after many years in Austin. I have recently returned to crossstitch, and flosstubes dragged me in! Sheri the Colorado Stitcher was the first one I watched and I was enchanted!!!!! I was enchanted with your video too! You may make me enjoy quilting again! I did that for years and just got tired of it, so when I saw Sheri, I returned to stitching with great joy. I watch Nerissa on the advice of Carol the Saltbox Stitcher, and I have watched both Periwinkle flosstubes and loved them. The Comfort Stitcher has two videos that are very different and I loved them. Take care and I will look forward to your next video. Carol in Texas
I used the pattern you are using to make a quilt for my grandson. I used a fat quarter bundle and it turned out so cute, and he loves it. I love the idea of putting in other pieced blocks into that pattern and I know it will be amazing, your son will love it. Your Butternut Pinkeep project turned out beautifully. I love how you changed it from a Halloween look to more Autumnal ( I don’t decorate for Halloween either). And I love how you changed it from a pinkeep pillow to an adorable wall hanging or little mat. Thanks for sharing the idea and inspiration. Happy 4th of July 🇺🇸
I'm invested in this quilt, lol. Pinkeep. I'm working on my first pinkeep using the I Love You a Waffle Lot pattern but man does it have a lot of stitching for such a small little thing. Thanks for the great content and enjoy your projects
Celeste, I always enjoy your videos. Your WIPs and finishes are so gorgeous and very inspirational!! It hit me when you mentioned asking for prayer requests..... my heart is so heavy right now with all the negative energy, hatred and vitriol surrounding the pending election. I hope you will pray with me that God's will shall lead us through this tumultuous time and see us peacefully on the other side. Once there, I hope we can come together and build our country back to be a democracy that shines as an example to other nations around the world. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amen…..fighting our battles on our knees…. For it is a spiritual warfare likened to Revelations 1-5 Jesus said we must cling to Him & His word For in the day He returns we will know His voice… And in Him have peace in troubled times such as we live in.. Blessings 🙏🇺🇸🙏👑🙏
Celeste...thank you for sharing your delightful video...beautiful finishes...love the Cowboy touches to the quilt for your son...I have never done a pinkeep of that size before...buttercup is my favorite color...hope all your plans for stitching Christmas go as planned...best wishes and happy stitching ❤❤
I love your changes to Butternut House! It came out beautiful! Now I need to get mine going! I love all your patriotic stitching, also! The quilt you are making your son will be awesome! Love your antique treasures!
I don’t think I have any Christmas stitching. Maybe I should start one for July.🤔🤔 To be announced 😄 To Gather Again by La D Da is my favorite pinkeep that I made
Your video was great tonight and your projects are beautiful. Love the cowboy quilt. I like that pattern using fat quarters and the idea of adding Lori Holt blocks into it. Love the pinkeep pattern and my favorite pinkeep is the one I’m making at the time. I have two containers full of them. You are very inspiring!
Always enjoy watching your videos. The Butternut House Pinkeep is beautiful and would like your conversion list. Lately, I have been stitching Primrose Cottage Quaker designs and making them as little pinkeep pillows
I am sorry it has taken me so long. For DMC 646 I used CC St. Bernard and for DMC 680 I used GAST Toffee. Everything else was the called for! Can’t wait to see yours!
Your letter box you purchased is called traditional Norwegian resemaling. It is a style of painted I learned years ago living in Upper Michigan and you have a real treasure. A dear friend of mine taught me the art and wrote books on this style of painting. My home has a lot of it in it and I truly enjoy it. Hope you do too! Rene
I just finished Old Glory pinkeep and am currently working on Mollie Williams Homestead - a freebie by pinkernpunkin that I will make into another patriotic pinkeep. I realize you and I have stitched alot of the same pieces, but you finish yours nicer. Thanks for sharing your time and projects.
I love that pinkeep pattern. It has been on my list forever. I have several pinkeeps and probaby my brenda gervais are my favorite but not really sure. I enjoyed seeing your patriotic pieces, that is what i am working on now. Always enjoy your videos and thanks fot sharing
I really like your idea of working on Christmas WIPS during Christmas in July. I have some that are a week away from finishing also. I think I will join you. 😅
Inspired by how much you finish/FFOing quickly after a finish! My favorite pinkeep type thing I’ve finished stitching is Tudor Bee by The Blue Flower (and I have the finishing kit for it but still haven’t done it…). Thanks!
Thank you for a very enjoyable episode. Loved your patriotic finish parade ... lots of inspiration. And the Stacy Nash PINKEEP is spectacular and a super finish.
The quilt you are making for your son is going to be beautiful. What a neat collaboration between the two of you. 💙
Thank you for showing your beautiful stitching .Happy stitching

Thank you so much
Your finishes are gorgeous! You need to send your kids to camp more often. Lol

Wonderful!
I’ve never made a pin keep though I have bought some at estate sales.love them ! And your quilts are gorgeous as is that writing desk!!
Thank you so much!
Hi Carol!!! Love to hear from you!!! Yes I live about halfway between downtown Houston and Galveston. If you are ever here give me ring
So many beautiful projects. Love both quilt projects. I have 2 pin keep patterns from Stacey Nash, but I don’t have butternut house.
Quilt for your son will be so fun! Kudos to him - and you, hugs
I just found your flosstube. I loved seeing your stitching and quilting. I have never made a pinkeep but would love to make one.
I am so glad you found me!! I hope you enjoy!
Thank you
I'm invested in this quilt, lol. Pinkeep. I'm working on my first pinkeep using the I Love You a Waffle Lot pattern but man does it have a lot of stitching for such a small little thing. Thanks for the great content and enjoy your projects
Thank you!!
I have never made a pinkeep. It's beautiful.
❤️
The butternut pinkeep is my favorite! So cute and love the golden yellow.
Thank you
Okay how did I not get notifications for your last 3 or one after this. Well guess I will be watching the to catch up!
Oh no!! Enjoy!!!!
Pinkeep. Haven’t made one yet. Nice video.
Love how you finished Butternut House. So cute!
Thank you! 😊
For it is a spiritual warfare likened to
Revelations 1-5
Jesus said we must cling to Him & His word
For in the day He returns we will know His voice…
And in Him have peace in troubled times such as
we live in..
Blessings 🙏🇺🇸🙏👑🙏
🙏🏻❤️

To Gather Again by La D Da is my favorite pinkeep that I made
Your video was great tonight and your projects are beautiful. Love the cowboy quilt. I like that pattern using fat quarters and the idea of adding Lori Holt blocks into it. Love the pinkeep pattern and my favorite pinkeep is the one I’m making at the time. I have two containers full of them. You are very inspiring!
Thank you so much
Always enjoy watching your videos.

I’ve never stitched a pinkeep but I have always loved the butternut house.
I love your Butternut Pinkeep. I have admired that pattern for a long time. I have made several pink cushions but I’ve never made a pinkeep..
Awww shucks 😊thanks for shout out
❤️
Loved seeing all your projects! I have never made a pin keep, but am currently working on a small project to make into one.
Rene
Wow!! Thank you so very much for sharing that with me. I’m going to add the correct info inside my box and look it up as well
@@CelesteCreates you are welcome and enjoy it!
That’s very kind of you to say. Thank you
I love that pinkeep pattern.
Wonderful. I am so glad
The pin keep is lovely. I have near made one, but they look very interesting.
Inspired by how much you finish/FFOing quickly after a finish! My favorite pinkeep type thing I’ve finished stitching is Tudor Bee by The Blue Flower (and I have the finishing kit for it but still haven’t done it…). Thanks!
I love that one
