IDKHOW was the first concert I went to by myself. They had the opener come out in the middle and played "Noboy likes the headlining band, their egos are inflated, and their music's far too bland." It was an awesome show.
I remember when this band debuted, I think it was either Choke or Opening Band. Didn't think much of it at the time but man I didn't expect to see them mentioned outside of their general audience
Thank you for making this video lol I remember finding them and thinking they were some band made in secret from like their parents or something and had a more conventional name in the beginning and then changed their name to let their fans know they had been found out 😭
i found idkhbtfm through yt algo. I don't listen to either of their previous bands and had no idea who they were(I'm in my 40s so missed their fame era), so it was fantastic in its own right for me.
I’ve loved idkhbtfm since I found them (which was like two or three years ago lol) and it’s cool that they’re getting more popular!!!! Their music is so cool, more people should get to hear it
this was a great recap from the band!! you went straight to the point without missing any details, congrats!!! dallon's such a nice guy and is so talented, it's a real shame he's had to go through so much. i've been a fan for 13 years now and i hope we still have a long way to go!!
I found The Brobecks like 2 years back but found out that only one of their albums was on Spotify. Then I found IDKHOW. I think the bands both have their own style and it’s very interesting to compare and contrast the two. I especially liked when they reworked an older song, clusterhug, and made it fit their new vibe while still keeping the charm. Dallon is so interesting 🤗🌸
@@beetlebat I just watched it and looked through your channel, turns out I’ve watched you several times and just hadn’t subscribed. Changed that pretty quick, keep up the videos!
To me personally Gloomtown Brats really is emblematic of that rocky situation. Moving on from it and finding your feet again. And once again, to me, if it was perfectly produced and mixed, it would lose some of the oomph it has
Bro really went in on Dave Friddman for the Gloom Divison mix 💀 I love this band tho, and this was a fun video. As a Utah fan I've seen them so many times!
