all you have to do is drag the file into the workspace or the channel rack. i highly recommend to just experiment with it and maybe watch some beginner tuts :D

You just have to make the acapella on beat. It's not hard and there are plenty of tutorials on youtube, maybe ZAPP could make one himself.
