For those who don't know: Self-raising flower can be substituted with plain flower, with a teaspoon of baking powder. Try to tell in your videos as well ^^. As always, good job, chef!

A teaspoon of baking powder per hour much flour?
You could also use almond or coconut flour, but you might need another or some actual butter or cream in it.
I made these keto and they turned out amazing. I used 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup erthitoyl, 3 eggs, vanilla extract and I added a tbsp of cacow powder. Delicious! And only 3g carbs

I just made some of these yesterday. When I made mines I added some sugar and when I took them out the oven to cool, I sprinkled sugar and jelly on top. In my opinion they still wasn't what I expected but to me once you let them sit in the refrigerator over night the next day they taste so much better.

This turned out really yummy. I used whole wheat pastry flour and 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Only had 2/3 cup peanut butter on hand. So only used 1 egg. Also sprinkled sugar on top.
Made these at least 4-5 times now, all within a few months, lol and they are fantastic! We did add half a cup of sugar though. It was the perfect sweetness, not too bland but not too sweet :D. But I'm wondering, could we ADD cocoa powder too, or would that not mix properly? Hubs wants to try cocoa pb ones. (?) Anyone?

True peanut butter lovers won’t need the added sugar. This is genius. I could literally eat peanut butter off a spoon out of the jar and now you gave me a dignified way to do it 😂 I will definitely plan to make this in the future, but might need a second one with sugar for the wife.

I added some maple syrup (real, of course) and they taste great! Thanks for sharing. I prefer crunchy peanut butter for texture.

James Hall I added about half a cup. You can add 2/3 if you like it sweeter.
I have veganized this and used mashed babanas for eggs, bucjwheat fliur for white flour, and pitted dates for sweetness.

I have to agree with the little girl. This recipe without sugar would NOT be good. I'm glad he went back and told us about the sugar because I was going to add some anyway but I just wasn't sure of the amount.

There's always sugar substitutes you can use. But he forgot to add ANY sweetener. Would love to know what Ayla was thinking. However we all make mistakes cooking from time to time. Thank God none of mine have been immemorialized on camara...

I just made these with 2 medium eggs, 1tbsp of coconut oil, 1/2tsp of vanilla extract, half a cup of sugar and it tastes great but a little dry. Then I realized that I only added 426g of peanut butter so I'll be making it again next week with 500g of pb, 2 xl eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar. 🤞🏾

( Both are grown, but still live at home while they complete their educations) So, we only eat peanut butter when the oldest is out of town. Anyway, have you tried this with chocolate chips in it? I tried these . I added about half cup sugar . My thoughts ...when I first were putting them in the pan to shape I was thinking : this is gonna work out because the fat content from peanut butter and eggs made it look moist but when I baked it they came out really dry and crumbly . I feel like it’s missing something whether it’s milk or oil idk but the taste is pretty good with the sugar once u put in fridge it just seems dry . I loved that the recipe was simple tho
