Cream cheese, good tip. Do you feel it changed the taste at all? Would you recommend adding it to any of the fruit pie bits you’ve done? I was toying with the idea of mixing lemon curd with cool whip, but wasn’t sure if that would change texture or blow up in the machine.
It kind of made it powdery. Not sure I would add it again, but I didn't want it too hard. I have an experiment going in this tomorrow (it's in the freezer now) with cool whip so watch this space. It will be about 3 videos out if all goes well.
Have you thought about adding a splash of almond extract to the cherries? The two flavors go so good together! And then that chocolate cookie on top? Yikes! I could eat my weight in those!
Yes, sadly it was taking way to long to coat. To get this quantity coated it would have taken me almost all day, as it is by dipping it took about an hour
I should know you better by now. When I saw the thumbnail and the word cherry I immediately thought you freeze dried whole cherries and covered them in chocolate, which would be fine, except I personally don’t get good results with whole cherries. But you didn’t do that. You blender-ized them into a nice liquid mixture. Was there enough water in the frozen cherries to mix with the cream cheese? Or was something added off camera? I’m guessing the cherries provided enough juice, it just didn’t look like it would. What do I know, I’m not the culinary expert Mr. Meyer is or is becoming. These sure look good! I’m surprised you made the remaining chocolate into candies. It would be just as easy to melt those down for your next experiment. But I won’t argue with the sweet tooth of the Chef! I’d like to do a review of your sweets book, but I don’t know if you’d enjoy seeing it. I can be critical when critiquing. I certainly would praise several parts of it, but I did see some omissions when comparing it with your videos. Your videos contain a bit of information you don’t mention in the videos which I find important. For example you use “extra creamy” Cool Whip but never mention it in the video, and also not the book. My eagle eyes picked up on it and would include it in my review. Not as a disparaging remark, but more of a “you might find this helpful” comment. I of course read your copyright, and based on it, won’t be talking about it on my channel (once I start it): Mister E Reviews Stuff. I will be reviewing lots of products you sell on your store that I purchased (and products I’ve purchased off other’s Amazon stores, as well as things I bought on my own), and would like to refer people who are interested in purchasing the products to your store, if that’s alright. I don’t know if I can, I haven’t finished YT’s legalese, but I also don’t plan to have my own Amazon link (at least not starting out) and would like permission to send them to you for products on your store. Let me know.

John, now is time of year for pumpkin pie balls with sugar cookie bottom dipped in white chocolate that is flavored with pumpkin pie spice.
LOL, test batch of just that is in the FD as I type. Test run, if I like the texture it will be out in about 3 weeks. Great Minds!

Are you finding the candy coater to time consuming or is there some other reason you’ve gone back to dipping?
Yes, sadly it was taking way to long to coat. To get this quantity coated it would have taken me almost all day, as it is by dipping it took about an hour
