    Hi Clyde, this is excellent. Can we build a document repository (word/excel/pdf ) and have a workflow for period review and approval with a tracking / logging mechanism.

      Thank you, Swati! Out of the box, building a document repository is possible-by using a table with links to word/excel/pdfs and some status labels explaining the status for each document.
      But workflow with approval process doesn't come built in. For that you might've to look at third party apps from the marketplace. Have a look at this one for example - marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222276/workflows-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

    Any video recommendation for working with Jira and confluence with documents that have PII data and cannot be stored in confluence. mahalo

    You explained the functions very well but you must also give details on how it can be used/applied, that will make it interesting otherwise it is very monotonous and we fall asleep. Thanks
