That mob clinic gave a great idea for a future series you could do where instead of hotelier you run a series of hospitals that are dedicated to healing the people of dagom after years of war. For example, Jor could run a weapons repair shop, and thus, could provide a service to the paranoid traveler, and rename the new chef "Smoky" and have him sell the smokeleaf butter, also as a nod to his Gas Mask entry into the employee list.

For one I would suggest setting up an actual building to keep corpses in since a pile of bodies in-between some rocks (that is very visible from the western road) can be bad for business, after it can make customers nervous, scare children, and moet importantly make soldiers suspicious and that can be a threat to the illicit market you got going. Perhaps if you get another person they can be tasked with cremation. Also while it might be expensive, I would say a good idea for a black market clinic you can get someone who's really good at medical, perhaps a mad/black market surgeon to help people in getting less than legal bionic surgeries like in Cyberpunk: 2077. And to keep a front you can set up a third shop for regular medicines and remedies for people. Also since I recently reached Cars name the truck Mater, sure it's not a tow truck but it got his color scheme a bit.
I think the garbage truck should be named "garte" since he is the cafeteria manager in disco elysium and also complains about the trash company after giving you access to the dumpster in said game

Thus making it quite profitable for Nenaul's group to make & sell it. Especially for traveling Soldiers & Tribals who could be having a lot stress while on the move. 2). I had this cute little Lore idea, where one of Nenual's most fondest childhood memories was when he tried chocolate for the very first time. And he's always been wanting to share the Joy of Chocolate with others since then, when he was a young refugee child & the world didn't seem so dark for him.

Suggestion for general universe mod list - how about using Blue Eagle Biological Warfare? We have seen nukes and mechanoids, which is definitely dangerous and cool... But imagine if someone started using actually horrific methods of destruction like weaponised plague or scaria. It will add a new spice and possibly new directions for plot development, as factions might start uniting against those who use Biological weaponry.

a good suggestion i got, is to build a sort of truck stop gas station, that way you can provide for people with vehicles, from travellers needing a temporary rest from the road, to armored vehicles from either faction needing a stop to refuel and repair between battles.
I would start prepping some space and gear for special guests. With the attacks still coming it would make sense to build up a dedicated militia to help defend the hamlet in times of threat.

There's also the Quadra Turbo-R and Nomad Vehicles from the Cyberpunk series too. There's even the exosuit framework that would allow you make power armor platforms for any purpose.
As someone who uses to frequent Cracker Barrel, please do an attached restaurant with a ton of paintings and a checkers board! Can try to make your milk farm into an added meat farm. Go streak with cows since they are the best producers of milk. Please name a truck Brad's wife in regard to crackerberrels delivery service ❤the idea 😂

Oh also did you assign anyone to Entertain. With the Hospitality mod if you get someone on that it Improves Guest Opinion of their stay increasing revenue and Good will. It also allows you to recruit Guest if they have enough friends in the colony but this cost Goodwill.
Are you considering using the empire mod in this setting? Cause there are upgrades such as travelers lodge which can play into this whole motel illegal background style
