Obi! Got madd love for you and your workouts my man! As a heads up for those of you following along, there's a bit of a difference in exercises performed on the video, versus what's written in the description. According to what's shown in the video, in Workout 2 Max Out, the third exercise should be Burpees Over Dumbbells, not DB Snatches, and the last exercise should be Sit-ups instead of Burpees Over DB. In Part 2, the last exercise should be DB Hang Cleans, not Sit-Ups. Everything else looks golden!!! Hope this was helpful. Train on. Train hard!
Did this workout as a female with two 10kg dumbbells, the last exercises only with my bodyweight, I almost slipped in my sweat thanks for the great video. That is exactly what I was looking for !

another great workout. the best for those have to stay at home. the last set of those 80s almost killed me. feel great though. I will do your workout in the whole August. 2 upper body, 2 leg, and one hiit.
Hey Obi, I have a question, I want to start this type of conditioning workouts because i want to build up my stamina. But i do not know where to fit it into my weekly split. i do push/pull/legs and try to hit every muscle group twice a week. do i just take that down to once a week and replace it with these workouts? would i still put on muscle? or would i be sacrificing gains i wouldve made if i stayed on the original split. Thanks a lot for the videos, awesome as always
My god... I did the first work out no problem. Decided to do the "Max Out" next and by the end of it I puked twice and couldn't get up. Its been a year since I had shoulder surgery and double knee surgery so I wanted to challenge myself. Helpful FYI: if this is your first time doing this routine, PLEASE pace yourself. If your body needs some additional rest, give yourself those extra 10/ 15 seconds of rest time. Believe me... You will still feel it afterwards.

Can you talk a bit about Dumbbell choice? I do not have the cash to buy 10 sets of different dumbbells and even the adjustable ones mostly only go to 15kg. Do you have any recommendations?

My goal till the end of quarantine - to finish all three workouts in a row with 20 kilo DB. Only managed to do two in a row so far. Great workouts! Great video!
