"Yep" What you see is what you get ! Just take a Quick look at they're govt ! And alot of people think that OUR govt is crap.... I mean US.Govt is not exactly fair and nice n fuzzy warm but better than many :(
it's a laquer. think like nail varnish type of substance, it is thinned using something like paint thinners. it has to be flammable. too much coating and it wont dry well or evenly. and the fuse will melt rather than light.
i bet this place smells fucn awesome! I've seen this a half dozen times or so, it never gets old

this is with out dought. one of the hardest and dirtyest jobs you can have.
There was enough black powder dust all over that factory to make it one big firework.
