I'm only 16 yrs old but then I forgot things Soo quickly.. like I did something a minute ago and then I forgot it later on damn.. sometimes I am holding a comb and then I will try to find it when I am holding it.. and my sister tells me that I am holding it.. goshh

Thank you putting this video up. I watched it because I was having problems remembering the name of a family member that I know I should know. That along with a few other times I have forgotten things lately. But as you pointed out in this video it is just forgetfulness for me since I know about it.

Am I supposed to just tell my regular doctor that I think I have memory problems??? My last relationship was so abusive that even a lot of what I went through then I totally blocked it out of my brain, and now I have a hard time even remember conversations with my family.

Hello Ms.Anne, I'm not sure if I have memory gap caused this morning when I went out to get my allowance to my elder there is somethings that not arrange when I came back like the bucket of my wire under the sink all the wire is scatted this is not the first time it happen caused my elder and me has a family issue and shes paying someone to make me psycho anyway its just my personal issue , and I'm not sure its my memory lost or somebody break into my shelter but still your explanation helps a lot thank you.

ONE GOOD thing about memory loss is that it's easier to forget an EX. Pain dissipates with the memory loss.

@@Afs-g1clor I found that stress and less sleep may be the reason for it, i started consuming almonds after morning exercise, and i can feel slight improvement.
Also with increasing age our memory get weaker, and that is normal .

My girlfriend has pcos and I noticed that she forgets stuff and I noticed this about 3 years ago. And she repeats the same question sometimes. But what I'm really worry about is that when we go out like always and we drink, and we have sex!

@@ankit.Chaudhary acknowledging and accepting that you have depression is first , second one is letting it out , everything that made you slip in depression to close ones or loved ones, in my case it was my mom , I told her everything , I wanted her to know what I m going through , because you don't heal if you don't reveal , I remember it was low point of my life , but it passed away, and mom was with me , cry your heart out and let it out , it's okay about letting your loved ones or your friend know what you are feeling ,share it with them , it ll take time, but take time , heal at your pace , and seeing a therapist or not that decision is surely upto to you , but it's nice to get help from therapist , and with time , you heal , I can't say that I m healed totally, but with time I m getting better ,and you most important thing is "you" matter, your mental health matters most, take care , more power to you!!!!

I've Always wondered when people wake up from a Coma or recover from a bad head injury and loose there memory...How is it that they can remember how to talk? Is it because only a part of the brain was damaged?
It’s because language is stored in different part of the brain.So they might forget who they are but won’t forget how to speak

Hi this is Thelma when I was a little girl I jumped off from the dresser to the bed and hit my head I have Real bad memory problems I am watching this video but don’t remember nothing she says after she says it I can go to store and get two things in soon as I walk out the door I forget what it is people can sit in front of me and talk to me but I can’t understand what they’re saying because all I hear is blah blah blah i’ve had this for a very long time since I was five years old there’s some things I can remember like if I see something it reminds me of something but most of the time I can go to the doctors office and don’t understand what he’s talking about and won’t remember nothing soon as I walk out of that room I really need help with my memory problems because my daughter sent me to a memory doctor and he asked me something I don’t remember what it was and he told me to deal with it and get over it I do have PTSD anxiety depression High blood pressure borderline bipolar but what I’m most worried about is I can’t remember nothing after you tell me something even going to the store I have to take pictures of my food or the stuff in my kitchen and I had to look Often to see what a half sometimes I am forget how to get to the store while I’m driving or while I’m driving I don’t understand where I’m going or what I’m doing either way you can help me there’s a lot more going on in my memory but I would have to talk to you about that
Download a reminder app on ur phone and whatever u need to remember put it down immediately. Try to do meditation and quite alcohol or smoking if u drink

How are you now. Death of a family member is traumatic, traveling ect. You may have been suffering depression afterwards and caused short term memory loss. Are you any better or worse?

Probably you have Health Anxiety. Googling your symptoms would only get you anxiety and would stressed you out until it would lead to Depression. Search about health anxiety here in youtube.
