This house is sophisticated and stunning! I love every room. This is so my style with the contrast of the ornate with contemporary furnishings - so beautiful! There are so many aspects of this home I can incorporate without the $7M price tag. Thank you for sharing it!

This home is a big challenge for its size and traditional styling ... But Sanaz you hit it out of the park ... I would take all potential buyers straight too the kitchen " heart of the home " its the biggest winner for that WOW factor.

That is a very beautiful home. Sleek, elegant, and clean aesthetics. The color combinations really compliment the house. The dining room colors and layout including the light fixture choice was perfect. The gold and black is really changing my perspective of things
It is a lovely home. The builder and home owners did a phenomenal job selecting the finishes. Just a little mix up of different elements and finishes and voila!

Loved it all, including the moldings. Thought the bathroom could have been made a little nicer with a different coloured timber on the vanity. I would have liked the black continued in there, even if it was just the black and white marble on a white coloured vanity. Not keen on the reddish timber in this instance.

I couldn't agree with you more! Each room has its own special features. My goodness, it's refreshing to see a house that is not only white and gray. Love that too, but it's become a little boring.

Yes my favorite by Benjamin Moore. CC-30 is a soft, warm white. It pairs well with any color.
May I ask about where to find the living room coffee table? I’ve been looking for one exactly like this!

You didn’t use the right furnitures and art wall decor for this expensive and luxury house , they looks like the cheap stuff.
Molding in the bathroom was not necessary, it can take away from the decor when one feature is over done. & The color of the wood sink in the bathroom would’ve looked better if the wood was left it’s natural color or maybe with a light stain bc the marble is gorgeous. It needs a sink that doesn’t compete (with that loud color) but instead compliment it. With that being said, living room mirror, molding, & mantel is gorg!
Talk about stepping outside of the norm and creating a wow factor. Honestly, this was just one of the features of this property that stood out to me ❤ thanks for your input. Xx
@@StyleWithSanaz sometimes the standing out “feature” is not always a good thing. The color of that sink did for sure stand out to me (like a sore thumb).😬
